Avoid avoid avoid..... Put a deposit down on a car only to to called the day before collection to say the car had developed faults even though i was told the car was Just parked in the showroom. Gave some story that the car was going back to their vendor. Turned out they had broke the agreement I had to buy the car even though I had left a £500 deposit and sold the car behind my back. Staff were rude and non helpful. My advice just keep driving past this dealership and find one who cares about their customers and honors their agreement

This company did the same thing to me. Took over 2 months to get my refund back. Endless calls and emails. Finally they returned my money after I threatened legal action Trading standards should look into this company
All of dealings with ASM was over the phone, email and text message, all of which was made easy by the friendly and swift responses. I was also given a very good part ex price over the phone and once a deal was struck they delivered my new car to my front door two days later. Very happy with my purchase and I would recommend ASM to my family and friends.

After spending the day driving around looking at cars we called in and were met with a warm and extremely polite welcome. After looking at the available cars we went for a test drive in a Stunning Porsche Cayenne very nicely presented and a low mileage car it was exactly what we were looking for,the sales staff could not have looked after us any better after agreeing a deal that we were extremely happy with we purchased the car and it was delivered the following day.Well done and thank you for your excellent service keep up the good work we will certainly be back when we want another car

Mixed/poor opinion on ASM Performance. My partner purchased his VW Golf R about a month ago. Was very nice of them to stay late as we were travelling from about 3 hours away. Car seemed great until we got on the motorway, lots of vibration at 70 and above. Put the car up on a ramp the following day to find one of the tyres had a tear in the side wall and the tyre was bulging on the inside!! Was also clear the tyre had been in that state for some time as it was perished! The company clearly doesn’t carry out their basic safety check before they sell a vehicle! Despite being legally contracted to do so. So dangerous, with the power in the car and the fact they knew we had a long distance to travel, if the tyre had blown out it could have killed us or someone else. However it is being reported to trading standards which I’m sure they will be interested to look in to further. Contacted the company to ask them to compensate by paying for a new tyre. Initially agreed, great, until it took them over a week to transfer the funds leaving us out of pocket. Constantly being fobbed off with different excuses each time we rang or no response at all when trying to contact via email. Eventually had to call them being rather p**sed off for them to transfer it. Called the DVLA this evening as we still haven’t received a log book for the vehicle. Only to be told they haven’t even been notified that the vehicle had been sold to us!! So we are now having to apply for a new log book, despite them assuring us that they would send it off straight away. Basic standards expected from a motor trader, paperwork and making sure the vehicle was safe, and they failed miserably. Partner is now very happy with his car, just the service and general practices from this company are appalling.
Amazing service from start to finish. I bought a C63 a year ago now and am absolutely in love. The car was exactly as described and the service has been second to none. Aftersales has been great and even after 6 months I had a small issue and the guys were great. Steve was very welcoming from start to finish and I'm due back next week to upgrade into my next car! The hardest choice will be what to choose from the amazing selection they have!! Thanks ASM Performance, can't wait to come back.

I bought my car from ASM and found them very helpful and professional in every aspect. The car was well prepared and all documents were present. One thing I was really impressed with is my oil sensor failed after a month which they fixed for me without any hassle. Top service!
I had a great experience at ASM performance. The car was exactly as described and the service was second to none. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them again and would definitely be back again for my next car!!!

I went to ASM performance to get a BMW car and was lied that the car was serviced but I had to pay for MOT and servicing. The dealer Billy lied that it has been serviced and was unwilling to pay for the amount of money. At the servicing the guys washed the car and I had found scratches around the car which I thought was because of the mechanics at the servicing. But no it was not them, it was because of ASM performance hiding these dents and marks using the painting pens. My car needed MOT, servicing, paintwork, belt change, few fixes and problems with the garage because of ASM performance dealers negligence and lying. People should stay away from ASM Performance.

My boyfriend recently bought a BMW from here. we went to see it, and he absolutely loved it, so naturally, snapped it right up after taking it for a quick test drive. After getting the car home, we took it for another spin, (at this point we'd only had it about 2 hours) and so many warning lights came on. including the engine warning light. The next day we took it to get diagnosed by a BMW specialist garage who found a few thousand pounds worth of problems with the car. There was also a weirdly loud rattle that had appeared. we took the car and the list of problems back to ASM Performance, and the sales man who sold it to my boyfriend didn't even acknowledge him. No one apologised for the problems with the car, in fact one of the sales men went out of his way to say, that the rattle was normal and on all cars of this model. anyway, we left the car there, and were assured all the problems would be fixed. ! - happy days. 1 week passed, we heard nothing, so my boyfriend called up to find out when he could have his car back, and was told next sunday- no problem! 2 weeks- heard nothing, so he called again, sadly it wont be ready this sunday, 'we'll call you' 3 weeks, no call, this sunday. 4 weeks, manager gets involved ( though, really everytime we called, each sales man seemed to think they were the manager so who really knows who is running this place) whats worse is the 'manager' reckoned that he hadn't been aware of all the problems and NOW they were sending it somewhere else to be fixed. Im a bit concerned it took almost a month for it to even go to the right shop! week 5, he was still not contacted, nor week 6, (despite the manager and various salesmen, ASSURING him they will call, and him saying, 'you won't' and them saying YES WE WILL. ... They didn't. week 7!!!! (Nearly 2 months) the car is fixed and ready. so we went to pick it up, still had no apology or anything like that. but he just wanted his car by this point. began to drive it home, within 20 mins THE ENGINE WARNING LIGHT was back on !!! To this day I'm not sure if they even did anything to the car. we turned straight around and took it back. by this point,he just wanted a refund. the car was very clearly not fit for purpose, the rattle, believe it or not had also actually some how got worse! much louder and the internal problems were clearly still an issue. ASM agreed to a refund, and we left the car with them, 1 week later and after a good few phone calls, the money was still not in my boyfriends account. (baring in mind he was buying this car out of necessity, and needed to buy a different one asap as that one had to go back.) pretty hard to buy a new car when another garage is holding your money. they told him it was being processed, when he called on Monday. So that was another lie to add to their ridiculous stockpile of lies they told over the 8 weeks. after threatening legal action, and being told by the staff 'if you threaten legal action again, we wont pay you and you'll just have to wait', the money was finally paid. - number of times they said they would call back-- at least 30 - number of times they actually contacted him,-- 2 - number of lies told to customer-- probably a billion, I'm not sure they even know anything about those cars really. they don't know who their manager is or how to return a call! maybe their lies and bad handling came from a place of wanting to please the customer, but really the only thing we were angry about was all the lying and lack of communication. we recently discovered that they may have been previously known as 'Aylesbury street motors' which would make sense - them being called ASM now. but the reviews for Aylesbury street motors are shocking and make a LOT more sense than the 2 single good reviews that can be found for ASM. BROKEN PRODUCT AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Your story sounds all too familiar to mine. Just after your review i believe a couple of the people working for asm performance, left and have set up a new garage in Luton (FS Performance). And it seems like they are up to their same tricks here too! It has taken 3 months and calls to citizens advice and my family lawyer and a threatening email stating my legal rights and court action to finally get them to collect the car and refund me as it was mechanically faulty. Thanks to your review i made sure at no point i let them take the car back to repair which i believe saved me a lot of extra problems! Although they did eventually do the right thing and i have got my money back the costumer service was awful with constant fights and arguments on the phone and over email. It has been unbelievably stressful and weeks at a time i have been left without a car meaning getting to work these last three months has been a nightmare! I am not normally someone that would leave a review good or bad, but i would hate to see someone else go through this, its been stressful and upsetting and made me so angry that people have no consideration for others.
