Bought a Mini from Aspect Cars in March, the salesman was very helpful, he managed to sort a couple of issues with the car when purchased and haven't had any faults or issues since. Would definitely buy another car from there.

hi, we as a family have both bought 4 cars from aspect in the last 2 years and we have been over the moon with the service. they are a very friendly family run business who would bend over back wards to help if there was any problem. when we bought the last car which was only a months ago, we were sold a RAC warranty with the car and 2 weeks later the owner of the garage ran and explained that the garage had been having massive problems with the RAC and the were refusing to help the customers with any problems. so the garage had cancelled there association with the RAC and they were now dealing with a company called warranty 2000, and there was any problems in the mean time the garage fix any faults at there cost, this i was over the moon with. great service and very welcoming

Avoid this garage bought a car from these and had nothing but trouble with it. Been promised tjey would buy parts thay were missing and i am still waiting for them. They didnt pay the tax on the car after they said they would during deal and also didnt pay to transfer private plate over which i am still waiting for. The car went in to have some work done and thwy give me a car to get to work which had 4 bald flat tyres tjay was sorn off the raod amd didnt have a MOT. Stay away from this garage i also have been left with a big bill as the car broke down after a month of purchase

I bought a car recently from aspect garage the staff were pleasant and friendly and I felt the car was good value for money There was a small problem with the car but they took us to a independent garage along the road where a very professional technician sorted it for us within minutes

Please avoid at all cost. Sold car with 3 month RAC warranty. Broke down within a day and had £500 worth of problems since. RAC warranty was never registered by garage and with further investigation found that RAC has not done business with Aspect since 15/03/16. Considering taking to small claims court if do not refund repair bills.

Bought a q7 from these guys, the car more or less fell to bits in a matter of days, spent a £1000's just trying to fix it & finally gave up! Now we are stuck with a 5 seater car as that is all we could afford which doesn't even fit the whole family in!

All I can say is please don't do buy a car from here if you want it to be reliable. There is no after sales service at all and cars are not fit for purpose. If you want value for money go somewhere else.

Bought a Nissan X Trail from Aspect. The RAC warranty was a draw as we thought (wrongly it turns out) that this would provide a decent level of cover. Be warned - The warranty and invoice should be given to you on the day of purchase Look at the warranty carefully. They are capped. Ours turned out to be a warranty for £300 (the quote for the turbo repair was £800). The dealer put the wrong date on the warranty saying he was doing us a favour. The car was still legally within the three months warranty at the time. However, because the date was wrong the RAC questioned it. The dealer said he spoke to the RAC and they wouldn't touch it because of the date change. The RAC said he hadn't contacted them. RAC complaints are not easy to contact. We have been told an AA warranty is better. We have paid for the repair ourselves. It took two weeks to find that the warranty is worthless. We made numerous phone calls to Aspect and had little response. We visited the garage personally with no satisfaction. Don't buy from this garage is our recommendation.
