Bought a car from here in 2014. After 2 years of expensive motoring, replacing various things, have got rid and was lucky I got anything at all for the car. The customer service is terrible and when you try to resolve any issues you may have, they don't want to know. Never got a copy of my credit agreement and was never told about any warranties given when I bought the car. Will never buy from this garage again!
Recently purchased a car from Aspect, seemed all good with it being an RAC approved dealer. Test drove the car straight away with no pressure to buy and all staff seemed laid back and helpful. However after purchasing the car I've left with no warranty and told that the RAC will be sending me it however when I spoke to the RAC they said they didn't have me on the system. Hoping this is still to be sorted as its possible they haven't had time to submit me to the system yet I suppose but doesn't fill with confidence. Was told by the dealer than I didn't need to tax the car until the log book returned back in my possession but since speaking to the DVLA I have found this isn't true. After multiple phone calls to the dealer I was told that they couldn't provide me with the correct parts of the log book as they had given the car to someone as a courtesy car before selling it to me. This is still ongoing and currently meaning that I cannot drive the car as its not taxed in my name.
If I could give no stars I would. Appalling garage, sells cars described as immaculate which clearly aren't. Should have handed the keys back when there wasn't a drop of fuel in it to drive away. Sent car back for things to be fixed and only one thing on the list done and not only that apparently it's completely acceptable to use up the 50 miles of fuel that I paid for while they had it. An apology does not cut it and I won't be making the journey back to waste more of my time and money. Absolutely disgusting and this is exactly why car dealers have a bad Name
Bought the a Peugeot 307 last week from Aspect Garage. First day I had it I noticed none of the drivers side rear lights were working, not the end of the world so took it to their workshop. After getting the car back from the workshop the lights still did not work and I noticed a smell of petrol coming from the car, when I looked further I noticed that petrol was physically dripping out of the tank onto the road. I took the car back to their workshop, in the meantime I decided I did not need the hassle of a car that would need multiple fixes. I requested a refund to return the vehicle on the 12th and I was told by the garage that I had no rights to return the car and that there were no issues with it what so ever. I picked the car up today and to no ones surprise the lights still do not work and the petrol is still leaking out of the car. So far on a tank of £56 I have managed 70 miles and the tank is half empty. I am still seeking my refund and seriously considering legal action against the garage if they continue to refuse my request to return the car.

I bought a used van from Aspect Garage. The van was reasonably priced and the customer service from staff was very accommodating. I discovered a couple of minor faults with the van which is to be expected of any used commercial vehicle and Aspect resolved these issues quickly and efficiently.

I would not go to Aspect Garage again. I bought my Nissan Micra from Aspect Garage and they told me everything is perfect with car but ever since I bought it, it had problems and it had no MOT the car was terrible! the car was just faulty. Nissan Micra is meant to be reliable car but that motor I gave it back to them but lost a lot of money out from it and bought another Micra from elsewhere and absolutely love it.
Since buying the car and having it checked out I was informed the car was not road worthy, it was sold to me as perfectly fine, none of the numerous faults were made known to me at the time of purchase. The car didn't even have an MOT. I'm in the process of having the car returned. I wouldn't recommend this dealership based on my experience.

Bought used van from Aspect Garage in Grangetown. Van was reasonably priced and service from staff was very accommodating. Discovered a couple of minor faults with van which is to be expected of any used commercial vehicle. Aspect resolved these issues quickly and efficiently. Overall i was highly satisfied with the service received from Aspect and would recommend highly to anyone looking to buy a car.
If im being totally honest with anyone reading this review I did have a number of problems when I bought my car from Aspect Garage. One of the problems in particular took 10 days to resolve and there were a couple of others that involved me having to return to the dealership and for this it leaves me to not recommend them.

The customer service is great at Aspect Garage on Ryhope Road. Unfortunately I did experience a few problems in which the garage is now repairing them on my car. The car (when repaired) is good value for money and the staff are helpful. I do recommend using the this dealership as they have been great towards me not just before buying the car but also afterwards...so far.
