Aspire Auto sent me off in a deathtrap that was supposed to have been all good...the mot isn't worth the paper used...absolute rip off and I would advise that you go elsewhere

Aspire Autos give car dealers a bad name, dodgy in every way.

There's NOTHING Aspirational about about Aspire Auto. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I bought this car and the sellers claimed it had passed the service and MOT (in house!!!) It was a problem from the word go! It needed constantly looking at. Then after a total of 2 months of courtesy car usage whilst my car was 'being looked at,' but in reality - ZERO work done on my car; it's pretty much off road. They bided their time by palming me off with banger courtesy cars whilst I was lead to believe they were helping me and sorting out my vehicle, when really they were dodging any responsibility until my six month warranty was up. Two weeks after my six month warranty is up - my cars head gasket is obliterated, the break pads are barely there, the water tank leaks, the bearings rattle, the warning lights flash on and off... the list goes on and on. I cannot use this car and it will cost me a fortune to fix. This company are LIARS AND TIME WASTERS. Thanks for nothing!! ASPIRE - YEAH RIGHT!!

Bought a car from Aspire Auto back in the summer, within 2 months I had to have a new Battery Alternator, fan belt. Should have been under the warranty, however, I was told can't book it in for 2 weeks do not have a courtesy car available for 2 weeks. so couldn't wait. I had to get it fixed to get to work and they knew this! the work came to nearly £300. I spoke to them on the phone asking if they would meet me halfway on the bill, as they didn't seem bothered to fix it after several phone calls he said I give you £100. I accepted this a month later still no money this went on for 2 months several calls later we called in the garage a member of staff gave us a cheque for £100 only to find the boss stopped the cheque. I spoke to him his attitude was so unprofessional he lied and said he already posted it, he never!! if he checked his bank details he would have seen this...The vehicle is not fit for purpose quick enough to take your money. Just hope they never sell another car! Feel quite sorry for his workers they seem to deal with the unhappy customers.

Avoid this place like the plague! No customer service after you have parted with your money. The warranty is all lies and not worth the paper its written on! Simply put, go elsewhere and do not give Aspire Autos your money. Also reported to trading standards and by all accounts, I'm not the first!!

Bought a volvo V70 last year, needed full servicing after buying it as the engine management light kept coming on, problems with brake booster, camshaft, battery connections, kept on being fobbed off, scrapped car and bought brand new one. The car had so many faults with it we took it to another garage and they insisted it to be scrapped as the work was worth more than the car. Furious with Aspire Auto. Avoid like the plague.

Avoid Aspire Auto like a virus, disgraceful service (non service) treat you like dirt. Made the mistake of buying car with them biggest and most frustrating experience ever. Excuses not to repair the car. Dropped it off at aspire and they never even repaired it. hate them, everything that is bad in the motor industry this so called garage is top of the list.Ii will say to anyone who is thinking of buying a car here . Bought two cars off him for my kids,both turned out to be faulty,we fixed one ourselves as we did it quicker and properly as their fix blew the rad up !! The other car still waiting to be fixed,been up there 3 weeks and he refusing to fix it properly even tho its under warranty.time to get trading standards on board.AVOID this company !!!!!!!!
