I first spoke to Mark and there was something about his manner over the phone that made me trust him immediately. It was not misplaced! I described my current car and what trade in value I would be happy to accept and he confirmed the following day that they would be happy to meet my request. From there the whole transaction went incredibly smoothly and I picked the car up with my father today. Again Shaun and Mark were both really friendly and professional - we had a really great morning. Was going to buy a Corsa VXR from Aspire Cars but insurance changed, was unable retrieve my quote, I’d left a £200 deposit on the car and I should’ve come up on the Saturday but they said not to come up yet because new MOT, come Monday, my quote had expired, unable to retrieve, there was a new premium price way too high for me to afford, and because of all this happening they told me I can get my ‘non-refundable’ £200 deposit refunded, spoken to Shaun for weeks, very helpful, Glad to hear the staff at Aspire Cars are decent enough to refund me, I would highly recommend this dealership because of the support I’ve had during the attempted purchase of the car, forgot to mention I live 250 miles away and they were willing to deliver which I thought was great. Would highly recommend Aspire Cars.
