Assured Car Sales promised my wife that they would fix her sun visor if we purchased our car. Years on, they never got back. The last time we rang them, they said that they "couldn't find one on eBay". What a joke! I really thought they would have fitted a new one, given we'd just bought a car off them. I have no trust in them at all. Given up now.

Purchased a used vw, inc warranty. Car broke down within a week, dealership refused refund, had to pay for costs due to warranty not being worth the paper its written on.
I have no idea how these guys are still in business they seem to be some kind of timewarp back to a time when you could just lie to potential buyers. They seem to forget that the internet allows people to look at a wide range of options and not just buy what is in front of them. I would avoid.
I bought a Mondeo from here in February. It was clean and in very good condition but I have had a couple of issues with it. The dealers have been quite helpful but i think they should have known about the issues and informed me before I purchased the vehicle so based on that, I don't think I would recommend them.

I have had a couple of issues with my Vauxhall Insignia but nothing major and the issues have been resolved. The car was clean when I collected it and was is in good condition and it was a good price.

I have had my Audi for almost 6 months now. I have had an issue with the CD player since I got the car. The dealer has bought a new one but its not the correct one so I'm still in the process for getting it sorted. The car was clean and in good condition when I received it. Over all I would recommend the dealership but I would recommend you thoroughly check any vehicle you intend on buying.

Very good service. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the car is spot on. I bought a Renault from Assured Car Sales back in June and up to now everything has been perfect. The car was really good value for money. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I bought a Peugeot 206 from this dealership and the whole experience was pretty good, at one point the engine fell off but this was a quick and easy repair which I got sorted myself. The car was really good value for money and the people at the dealership were helpful. I would recommend them.

A very good service overall but the car wasn't up to standard in terms of cleanliness when I picked up. If I am being honest I used to work doing valets so that may have been a reason as I do have high standards but even so I dont think it was of the standard it should be. This aside I have nothing else negative to report so would recommend Assured Car Sales in Swindon.
