So had my mobility car in for it 3 year mot Could not understand as to why that with in 3 weeks of having it serviced they found that two of my tyres were losing pressure! and back wiper blade was juddering ? Nothing apparently was found on previous service On returning the car the man who brought it back from Marshall’s was very abrupt when I asked him he could put my car back on the driveway his reply was No I’m not allowed to been told not to so I said to him why ? No reply but on reflection probably the best decision as the last time he brought the car back from servicing he reversed it onto my patio sideways so half was on patio and front of car on driveway?! Resulting in the weight breaking some of my patio flagstones rang twice to put a complaint in to Marshall’s and no response Very rude and unprofessional wish we hadn’t got mobility car from this so called dealership never treated with respect or any response would not ever go to this dealership ever again they have no idea how to deal with mobility customers all in all very disrespectful
All members of Staff ive encountered are friendly and helpful and the used car I purchased I cannot Fault. I would also like to Thank Ewan for going above and beyond helping me out through the part exchange process.
Don't buy a used BMW from these I bought BMW only had it 3mths took it for a 3 year check needs £1200 worth of work they just turned a blind eye to it very disappointing warning don't buy from these cowboys

Dont trust these guys when buying a new bmw. I purchased a new 5 series last september and when i asked the sales man how much the road tax was when i was signing for the car i was told it was £210 a year and i have a sales invoice that shows this sum. Its now september again and i have had the car a year and ive just received a v11 road tax reminder and it is actually £475 a year. If i was told the correct price of the road tax in the first place i would not of purchased this car as my 5 series i was trading in was only £30 a year. I feel that the salesmen knew this and lied to me. I feel that they have miss sold me this car that im stuck with for the next 3 years. I visited marshall bmw grimsby today to discuss this and i basically got fobbed off and told its nothing to do with them its dvla's fault, but we can sell you a cheaper road tax car but you will have to pay just over £5000 in negative equity to get out of the contract. I paid £37000 which was a new reg promotion as these usually retail over £40000 for this car which has only been driven 5800 miles and was offered £25000 for it today. Disgusted is a understatement. These guys will pull any trick to sell you a new car to meet there sales target, I will never set a foot on any marshall forecourt again.

Brought a car in the beginning of march… Brought a car in the beginning of march and took my old car there for a part exchange and now got a letter stating I have a default on payment because they have not settled my outstanding fiance, now been advised to make a case to county court for the issues and concerns, this is a big amount and will make sure papers involved and bmw as there must be clause when marshall have an agreement on the franchise, three months later and still chasing this, if somebody calls me and gets this sorted I will consider taking the review down. I have been buying bmws for over 10 years and never have I had the experience as I have from dealing with one of the salesman at Grimsby BMW called Dan. He was very unprofessional and unhelpful. Standards of dress sense, in different aspects such as scuffed shoes and a creased shirt. Countless times his attention was elsewhere, mainly on his mobile phone. Clearly he is unaware of product knowledge and standards. The 5 series has always being one of my favourite vehicles, but Dan was very reluctant to conduct a test drive as he seemed rushed, probably because it was near closing time. I like to take my time to choose my vehicles as I need it to be right for me. On this occasion I was absolutely astonished that someone could work in such an professional environment and have no idea what he is doing. I shall be purchasing elsewhere.
Hi all, Took my motorcycle in for service which was extremely expensive. Collected a damaged bike, seat torn and fairing scratched. Marshals motorcycle team are poor, save yourself some time and tears and find anywhere else.

Terrible service from Marshall BMW in Grimsby. They damaged my car when in for service TWICE, 12 mile road test of my M3 which my car logged as being driven very fast... untrustable

Had 4 new brake disks & 4 new sets of brake pads fitted onto my 5 Series during a major service interval. I received a phone call from Marshall Grimsby whilst driving back home 40 miles away. The service coordinator wanted me the come back to BMW Laceby as they needed to do a 2nd wheel nut tension check. I stopped my car on the side of the road (some 35 miles from the garage by now) only to find the Locking Wheel Nut Adaptor still on the nut on my from wheel. No wonder the service team wanted me back at the garage. Since that incident, some 4 weeks ago, i have not been contacted by BMW to offer an apology or anything. Marshall BMW is probably the worst dealership i have dealt with!!!!! In addition, i was going to purchase the new 2017 5 Series BMW from there............no more though.
They are very forth coming and very professional in dealing with customers and mke sure your happy
