I warn everyone against buying cars from ATC Birmingham LTD. The owner is a fraud and a thief. Everything that is described in the advertisement does not agree with the condition of the car and he deceived me by saying that the car has no category, and of course it had. A smart guy who is lying just to sell a car. His company should be closed so that he would not cheat anyone else.

Not sure on other customers experiences but i would say that me and my partner received a great service from this team, We recently just bought a white bmw coupe from atc and it was described as stated in the advert, They were very easy to find and very welcoming, One thing i can say is that they have only a hand full of cars and upon our inspection of them they were all very clean and tidy, Everyone has there own freedom of speech but would say don't judge a book by its cover. 100% Will recommend to friends and family.

I brought a car of this man when he was trading under 'TMT Motor Centre Ltd'. Caused me nothing but stress from an hour after i driven away in the vw beatle, i broke down, i had to pay recovery charges and it turned out the car had a multitude of problems and the mileage was actually over 200,ooo which had been clocked back to 79,000. When i complained he said nothing can be done as it was sold at a discounted rate. he drove me from pillar to post and then changed his company name. At this stage i informed him i will be reporting this if he he did not refund my money. So he did eventually return me 50% of the value {£800} so in total i lost out £1150 including recovery and mechanics chargers to check it. be very careful when buying from this man.

I lost £100 deposit I gave him and upon return to collect the Corsa it had multiple major faults which he did not mention. Car should be scrapped not sold. And he refused to give my deposit back too

No integrity, or honesty in this outfit whatsoever, Quite happy for a Customer to incur costs, but then they fail to honour any agreements. No wonder they set up a Limited Company to avoid the liability for their business. Two previous Companies closed down recently.

Tried to sell me a faulty smart car. Went to view a smart car advertised, was told over the phone its brilliant and no issues. Once we got there, which took us ages finding as it was makeshift yard at the back of a house and no sign at all saying ATC Birmingham Ltd.. and we had to keep on the phone with the man for directions till we finally found it... Once we got there the car at first didnt start and only after repeated attempts with a booster pack it did. We checked the engine and it a had a lot of visible oil on it, which he claimed was normal!! . When there was clearly a leak. Really wasted our time! ,,
