Audi Saab provided a great service,even delivered the car I bought to my home 100 miles away.

I bought the above car recently from Sam at Audi Saab! On arrival to test drive he handed the keys and let us test drive by ourselves! No pressure sales, let us look around the car by ourselves! Then we went in he explained everything about the car and what we would get, deposit was paid and the following weekend we went to pick it up! Car was slightly dirty ( we are perfectionists) so no reflection on Sam! He gave us some money off for a clean! The car ended up going back 2 weeks later for a respray on the door ( not something Sam had anything to do with was from first owner ) I called him and explained wasn’t happy and he sorted straight away, had the door sprayed and it’s perfection! He gave me a loan car which had fuel in and expected nothing back. When I sell my car he will be the first person to contact about a new one! I could not recommend a better company and a better person! There’s not many in the trade like Audisaab these days! Easy and simple and perfect experience! Would highly recommend.

We purchased an Audi A1 from Audi Saab recently after some reluctance to part with an old car. Andy is very helpful and enthusiastic, there was no hesitation to come out to sort a couple of minor things. We are really pleased that we came to audisaab and knowing we can rely on them in the future.

I bought my A3 from Sam, of Audi Saab in the Wiral. He was friendly yet professional, not at all the typical pushy, dodgy car sales person The location is very pleasant too. The buying process ran very smooth, with Sam's guidance and excellent communications. A fault did develop with the first few weeks, but this was dealt with by collecting the car from my work place rectifying the fault before I'd finished work. No quibble excellent. I hv recommended friends to buy from Sam. If you're looking for an honest sale's person, look no further.

Audi Saab is an exceptional trader, you can't find better, bought first an 09 number plate audi a3 auto, it had some issues, he collected the car and i got similar as loan car, due a major failure after changin clutch pack i got refunded instantly, and i decided to buy an 11 number plate audi a4 from him, is running like a dream, trustworthy in case of failures.Definetly i will get my next car from him even if i have to drive 3 hours and half one way. Communication is really impressive. Highly recommended !!!

Found Audi Saab Sam*s site 4 years ago when I bought my first car off him and traded my car in for a good price. He was nothing like car salesman on high street. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on his cars. I went back to him a few weeks ago having seen a car I never thought I could afford. Again he was the same friendly and helpful person. He gave me a good trade in and Iwas able to buy SUV at a good price. The car went back this week because the battery died on me. Unfortunately the boot had not been closed properly, but Sam collected the car, left me with a car to use while he took car in. While it was my fault, nonetheless Sam checked the car and sorted it out for me very quickly. You wouldn't get quick service elsewhere. I have passed his details on to friends and family as you couldn't get a better and reliable service than that offered by Sam. I am over the moon with my SUV. Thank you Sam for looking after me again

Bought my Audi A5 s line off Sam (Audisaab) know pressure sale, upfront with everything and know messing. Had a slight issue afterwards with the car but was dealt with in a professional and customer caring manner. Would definetly recommend and will hopefully use again when i want a RS5.

We bought a Audi Q5 from Sam in October 2017 and what a guy. we have 2 children so needed a bigger car and his service is second to none. We have had a problem with central locking and he sorted straight away. He can not do enough to help and I have already recommended him to two friends. 10/10 for everything in our book
