Just got my money back following a dispute over a car with incorrect mileage. Sales aftercare is non existent, thought this type of dealer went out with the 80's...
Totally disgusted with the way I have been treated by Austen Trading. I thought Garages like this were long gone, more the fool me. Promised to put a full years MOT on car, never did, advertised with built in Sat Nav, it does not work. Contacted them multiple times at first they gave me some nonsense promising to sort it out and now just ignore me .
I wouldn't buy from Austin Trading again, to summarise the car was sold with existing faults, they ignored multiple emails and they responded with their legal team telling me they weren't liable for the faults, I believed this to be an intimidation tactic as they were clearly liable, eventually they admitted fault and paid almost the full amount of the repairs but I almost had to get a solicitor involved. The van is now great but dealing with Austin Trading was a hassle.

I agree , lied to me about getting a full years MOT , Also advertised car with sat nav , it has one but it does not work . They ignore any new emaills etc . Now with finance Co before I take it any further .
If I am being up front with anyone reading this review I have to say that I found Austen Trading Ltd to be expensive when comparing what I bought with other cars of a similar age/ model online. Price aside I have no other negative comments because they were very good apart from that.
