1 star is way to much to award this company AVOID AT ALL COSTS YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!! Both vans are dead and not fit for purpose from day 1 have already cost me over £2000 in the space of a month and sent back and refusing to take them back. And offering a panel van.. Thats right a panel van as a temporary vehicle for a removal company. I have got a deposit on a brand new vehicle as I don't wish to have anymore dealings with this company. 1st van Blown engine Problem with dpf filter bonnet catch which they took it into the back and put cable ties around it # fixed. Rear leaf springs are flat when they should be a U shape, Roof box pours in with water when it's raining, Rails aren't secure bolts missing and moves around, Shutter fails to stay shut, once open doesn't stay up, the rails for the shutter have been drilled on a number of occasions and looks like Swiss cheese. Tail lift doesn't work as it should and won't lift the weight it's designed to without making strange noises, about to fail, 2nd van I had brake failure which I fixed, Had a boost pipe blown which I fixed. Tail lift doesn't work as it should and won't lift the weight it's designed to without making strange noises, also goes lopsided when in operation. When purchasing second hand vehicles I expect to run into a few minor issues. Nothing to this extent. Minimum I expect is to have vehicles where everything works as intended working tail lifts and water tight boxes. Theses have clearly been purchased from auction and just washed ready for sale in my opinion. In light of this outcome I will be taking them to trading standards and the courts. Absolutely shocking behaviour from a dealership and I've only had the vehicles for just over 1 month and told that they'll just repair them after saying they would take them back then going back on there word Then also stated that the vehicles will be repaired using the warranty I purchased which only covers upto £2000. And I would have to foot the bill for the rest When these vehicles are essentially write offs This has caused nothing but problem for my removal company and is in danger of going out of business.. thanks Auto capital.. not.. Oh and a word of warning ⚠️ I noticed on my experian credit file that there has been 4 searches on my credit file for cars. 2 of which where just under £9,000 which I have police fraud investigations started after sending this company my information. I bought a van from them, Ibrahim was nice and solved everything in a short time. I saw the car, I read the description about the good things, but no one said anything about possible defects. After the first day, I brought the van home and at less than 24 hours at the driver's door the paint peeled in 2 places, I didn't feel disturbed, hoping it would be the only defect, at 2 days I wanted to check if it has a spare weel, it didn't have and had a damage to the spare wheel support, I called them and I was told that someone would look when I came back to put the aluminum bars on the roof, they fitted my bars but disnt have a look at that issue.. In the meantime I put the car into use, realizing that it has a problem with the clutch or the gearbox, when I changed from the first gear to the second or from the second to the third I had to force the gearbox which does not seem normal at a 13500 mile car. I called them, they made me an appoiment and told me will check and they will guide me to solve the problem. I went to them a week ago, I waited 20 minutes after the appointment time, then Ali picked up the car, took it behind the hall and came back in 20 minutes saying that everything is ok in the car and that I don't have to what to worry about and I quote "Maybe you overload the car with weight or it's the way you drive". I tried to explain but he kept his own even though I didn't have more than 250kg in van all the time, then I said about the damage to the spare wheel support and about the paint that peeled from the door. He rudely told me that the car is "Sold as seen" and the problem is mine that I did not see when I bought it, I explained that the paint peel because it was repaired unprofessionally and under the car I did not could look at them, wasant very bride in the warehouse. He told me that they do not sell damaged or repaired cars, an at the minute after a Mercedes Sprinter pass us full of scratches and cracked windscreen which I assume he had gone to repair being the defects surrounded by yellow marker. I told him that I was not satisfied with my van, saying aftercare manager will give me a call to solve my issue, after 7 days no one called me. I bought from them hoping that I will avoid exactly the situation I am in now. Very disappointed
