Bought a car since having it the aux belt needed replacing. Brakes were shot. Rear light cluster held on with silicon. The list is endless. Proper scammers who give used car dealers a bad name. Totally dishonest all of them. I have not driven the car much due to look down before wear and tear comes up. Steer clear. This is not a legitimate business. It is a scammer that must have some bad karma coming. Graham is the scammer who will sell you broke cars!!!!

long story shorty bought car had 4 days when wrong took back 6 weeks later still not repaird using crap work shops and parts was chasing them all time and fincae compan was all we got was lies about things ened up backing car via finance but lost on deposit tax insurance ect and they are saying gone under but still trading lies lies lies do any thing to get your mony nothing once they have

People only generally bother to leave reviews when they feel deceived or badly let down by a dealership. This is also true in my case. From my experience l would never recommend Auto Channel to anyone. Please learn from my experiences. Check the quality of whatever car you are looking to buy, and ensure a good history record with no hidden and repaired damage. I would not be confident about buying anything else from Auto Channel without an expert examination of the vehicle first and a comprehensive report. Otherwise, you pay your money and trust to luck.. There are far better dealerships out there and no shortage of cars for sale.

Do your homework before buying from Auto Channel. Be cautious when viewing reviews. It is easy to leave glowing 5* reviews so trust your instincts above all else. My own experience of Auto Channel have been very disappointing. Supposedly being an AA Approved dealer, l did not get the level of honesty l might have expected. . I imagined the cars are AA inspected in some way, given the Approved status, but this does not seem to be the case. It was only after purchasing the car l noticed some repaired damage and paint overspray,to a not particularly good standard. I accept this is my fault for not being more diligent in my checks to begin with. Good dealerships would perhaps be more up front and honest about such issues rather than hoping they go unnoticed. There was some trim missing which Graham told me would be replaced, and assured me of such on several subsequent occasions. However, the replacement trim never materialised and communication stopped. To con a customer in such a cavalier fashion is beneath contempt and l have regrets over purchasing from Auto Channel and would not trust them in future. Would l recommend them to others. In a word, No. Treat some 5*' reviews with scepticism. View other review sites as well for a wider spread of opinion

Look me 3 months after get the car to get hold of anyone for a fault that was not mentioned when I bought it. Finally got hold of Graham who was eventually very helpful and got it sorted but unfortunately it didn’t end there more faults found and the car has cost me almost a grand in under 6 months in repairs that where never mentions when I bought it!

Will talk to you with a horrendous attitude. Hidden agenda to squeeze every last drop of money rather than good costumer service. Lies lies lies.

Very friendly place would certainly recommend a visit if you're buying a car!
