I too have had the problems mentioned by others. Very helpful until the car was handed over but when I discovered faults with the car, then the problems started. They refused to talk to me on the phone and I had to email their Direct or in Moldova or somewhere. Getting him to agree to fix the problems and give me a courtesy car took about 3 weeks! They clearly thought I would give up in the end and sort it out myself but I did not! They refused to pick up the car so I had to drive from Surrey to Essex twice, at my own expense. The car did eventually get fixed but it took another 3 weeks with me constantly chasing up. Has anyone noticed that people are giving this company either 1 star (genuine customers) or 5 stars (made up customers me thinks). Keep away, do not buy from these people.
Just for all those people who are beng conned the owner is a lithuanian called Rimvydas JABLONSKIS their registered address is East Hall Farm, East Hall Lane, Wennington, Rainham, England, RM13 9DS if this guy breaks the law simply ireport hm to trading standards immediately lets get these rogue traders out of our lives!!!

Avoid, avoid, avoid! The worst customer service I have ever experienced from a dealership or from anywhere I have purchased anything to be honest. I purchased a car from Auto Chanel and all seemed fine until I went to collect it - No valid MOT. Had to wait another few days to collect the car and all seemed positive. A week later a fault appeared on the dash and I reported it to the garage immediately. After numerous phone calls and at least 5 visits to the garage the fault was still not repaired (This included leaving the car with them for a whole day and the car not even being inspected and several failed fault diagnostics). But, still I gave them the benefit of doubt. The car was eventually booked in with a specialist garage and I was given a courtesy vehicle. This vehicle broke down at some traffic lights a few days later and therefore I had to convince the garage to come and swap with another courtesy vehicle. Meanwhile, the garage had my vehicle for 2 weeks and even though I was constantly chasing I had no update so I requested full refund. It was at this point they started ignoring my phone calls, emails and text messages. Eventually I arranged to return their courtesy car and had a full refund (which I had to again chase for the refund). Over a week after the refund took place I had been chasing to obtain my possessions from the car as to which again, I was ignored and never updated but my persistence pulled through and I finally got my possessions back 1.5 weeks after the refund and 3 weeks since I had last seen the vehicle. As I mentioned at the beginning of this review, I would suggest that you avoid this dealership as once your money is in their pocket, they are not concerned about aftercare service and you will be constantly chasing them with little or no response.

hi, i just have some similar problem , i wonder if you have a email adress? i send them since one month ago a letter about the faults of the car, the letetr was received- signed for but they never answered. they avoining my calls and the car has been there now for 2 weeks and nothing. will appreciate if you could give me their email and the name of the owner, kind regards Daniela
Bought a car that needed 1.2k of work doing on it. Clearly the part ex’s they get in are shunted on without any to minimal inspection. Beware.
Helpful, get the impression they arent just trying to make a sale but are there r to find you what you want. Would I go to Auto Channel again, of course and think anyone should go if your on the look out for a good car thats reliable and someone whose looking out for your interests
