DO NOT BUY ANY CARS FROM THE COMPANY AUTO CHANNEL IN RAINHAM! They are an absolute joke, I bought a car from them 21st of Jan 2019 which had an oil leak on the engine. I took it back to them, they had it 2 days and said it was fixed. It still smelt coming through the air vents, I took it to a mechanic and they hadn't fixed it. Took it back to them, they had it 2 weeks and didn't give me a courtesy car. Get it back and 2 days later it broke down and had to call the RAC out. They hadn't fixed the oil leak only put silicone round it which had now caused a piston to crack! I had to pay for a tow truck as they wouldn't come and collect. I told them the car wasn't safe and I wanted a refund, I'm still within my 3 month warranty and they have had the car longer than I have on the road! A month later and I am STILL waiting for a refund. I call to speak to the manager and am told I cant and hung up on..ridiculous 😡

Brought a car from her no logbook never got it better than driving home broke down got it fixed week later broke down again said it was to much to fix choose another car got that completely broke won’t fix it’s under warranty. Terrible place don’t no buy a car from here terrible service my experience of buying cars bodge garage typical back gander disgusting place and I must say again DO NoT GET A CAR FROm HERE!!!

Purchased a vehicle, on way home faulty engine light came on. Repaired, I agree they did pay. However engine light on again, cannot be driven. At all!! 3 weeks into purchase. Expect me to organise a tow to Essex, me pay a train ride to get a temp car, fuel it, then drive back (my own cost of fuel) then drive to get my car and refuel. Local garage will repair at excellent price, they refuse. Car was sold faulty with engine light switched off. Radio in car was not working infact it came from another vehicle they chucked it in, they used YouTube!!, to try fix it, laughable really,so I had to get fixed by garage. No payment from Autochannel. Lied and said been serviced. No service in 3 years. Lied and said had cambelt changed 2015, car actually has a chain?! Lied and said all paperwork in car manual, 5 previous owners only first owner car history in booklet. Happy to take your money, but they are selling faulty vehicles and accept no liability. Despite “warranty” would you let them fix it when they use YouTube to try fix a radio :-/ ?! Absolote joke of a place Really terrible place. Reviews are awful wish I’d checked first. Avoid this place at all costs. They knew damn well it was faulty, hence not responding to me now. All they did was switch the engine light off and hope for the best.

We arrived to view a Audi A1 at Auto Channel, first of all going down some dodger country road to lead us outside a yard. We went in, found the car, the car was absolutely filthy!! Inside and out needed a good I would say £150-£200 valet this includes all the stained seats, they wasn’t prepared to valet it btw. The battery was dead so while viewing they had to change the battery. There were 2 tyres defective with cuts in, the brake discs were on 2x mots with the discs still not being changed. The media screen didn’t work, we ourselves had to read the manual to get it working for the bloke. We asked for a test drive, went fine, they had to move 4 vehicles for us to get the car out, they was wheel spinning these cars to get them out with no care in the world that customers are around. Treating the cars like s**t basically. We then came to discuss prices. Bare in mind the car was up for £6395. It needed 2x new tyres, a full valet including seats and new brake discs, so we offered £6100 they refused. The said we can take £50 off because we of the battery, which wasn’t our fault anyway and did not make sense? So we walked away empty handed and quite glad about that now after seeing all these reviews on them! STAY AWAY AND PAY THE EXTRA ELSEWHERE that’s now what we have done!

Really bad experience with Auto Channel, travelled a long distance to look at a “ professionally repaired cat d Fiesta ST2 “, on arrival I was put off straight away by the scruffy almost pikey like location. I was told the car would be ready .. it wasn’t . the gap around the near side headlight was massive, when I lifted the bonnet you could literally swing the headlight unit out, the securing mounts were snapped and a bolt was missing. The paintwork on the front spoiler looked like it had been done with a rattle can. When you grabbed hold of the spoiler section you could freely move considerably backwards and forwards!! . On the test drive I noticed the steering wheel was cocked to the right when the driving wheels were straight, when you got to 60 mph the steering wheel shook violently . There was also a chunk out of the sidewall of the offside rear tyre. When these faults were pointed out to the salesmen with the open shirt and gold chain I was told it would only cost a couple hundred quid to sort !! And that it would still be a cheap ST !! Clearly not a professionally repaired vehicle at all far from it, and yet despite me pointing all this out, they advertised it again on eBay, still stating that it was professionally repaired .... Absolutely awful stay well away people please, I’m glad I walked away, I read these reviews before going so I was extra cautious, they should be reported to DVSA and an inspection carried out of all the vehicles and of their MOT tester as this car also had a supposedly new MOT. Read the reviews everyone and don’t even entertain Auto Channel in London, you’ll regret it if you do .

Auto Chanel 'bought' a car I'd advertised on Ebay, presumably for resale, It was advertised accurately with specific faults. On arrival they tried to renegotiate the price and complained about condition, didn't buy then left abusive feedback. Nice people!

Auto Channel knowingly sold me a faulty car they get someone they know to put through MOT’s who either doesn’t actually check the car or knowingly passes faulty cars? That car broke within days of buying it and had to take them to court to get the money back for the 1000’s I spent in repairs.
