I have only dealt with Ryan and Steve but both were amazingly helpful and supportive.
3 days before Christmas my car broke down. I knew it was dead, even if it was fixable, financially it wasn't worth it. Without a car how would I get all my luggage and Christmas presents to my sons where I was spending Christmas? I hadn't even done the food shop yet.
Ryan managed to get the car ready for 23rd Dec and delivered to me. So helpful, polite and appreciative of the business. Whilst driving the vehicle to me, he realised that the button on the handbrake was loose, so ordered a new one. He brought the car to me for use over the Christmas period and Steve, came with the new button as soon as it arrived and fixed it at my home. He also checked and topped up my coolant and screenwash whilst he was there.
Both gentlemen were so polite and helpful. Not only did I need a car urgently, no car, no can't work. I live in the sticks, public transport is limited and non existent at weekends.
They took the hassel out of the sitution, made Christmas possible, and work possible at the time of year you most need it.

I can't fault the people at auto clicker at all, really great service! The ranger I bought broke down within warranty and was fixed with no expense spared, I would definitely be visiting again in the future for another car!

So, this was my first time to buy a car without physical seeing or or test driving it. I live in Glasgow which is almost 350miles away. Circumstances couldn’t allow me to travel down to England. Spoken to Ryan on Wednesday night. He arranged finance for me and get my car dropped off by Saturday morning. The car had invisible scratches upon arrival as we did handover with the driver. Ryan arranged it to be repaired at their cost, 4 weeks later so brake pads signs on the dashboard. Again, I just texted Ryan and paid for replacement costs without any hustle, My first experience buying a car without viewing it has been excellent and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Also, Ryan has remained professional all the way through.

Brought a fiesta st 200 from them cat is fantastic the service I have received is above and beyond. The car came with mats in but there was one missing so they told me to send them a link to some new ones and they will buy them and ship them out to me. They have really nice cars in very clean and tidy. Very very happy customer

I bought my new car through these guys and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. I live around 250 miles away and the lengths they went to to accommodate my purchase were second to none! The vehicle was Delivered to my door the day they said it would be and was even better in person.
