STAY AWAY FROM THESE DEALERS It is with great disappointment that I am writing this review. The main reason for doing so is to make people aware of my situation and to strongly advise them to stay away from this dealer. I bought a car (Seat Arona) from here in July 2023. It was a 2020 model with only around 6,500 miles on it at the time of purchase. They charged me almost 10% more than the market price, promising that the car was in excellent condition and close to brand new. I trusted them, managed to arrange the money with some difficulty, and went ahead with the purchase. The very next day, I noticed a rumbling sound coming from the front wheel, which was really annoying. I immediately informed them, and they asked me to bring the car in. After a test drive, they told me there was nothing concerning. Despite this, I had to visit them a couple more times as the noise became increasingly bothersome. Eventually, they booked the car for a service and claimed that some parts had been replaced. However, just a week later, the same noise returned. I informed them again, but for nearly two years, I have been requesting them to properly test-drive the car and identify the issue. Each time, they briefly get in the car, dismiss my concerns, and insist that they don’t hear anything—that it’s just my imagination. I am someone who pays close attention to these kinds of issues, and this noise has been incredibly frustrating. Instead of enjoying my drives, this constant sound has made me feel terrible every time I get in the car. It’s difficult to put into words, but it has been a real struggle. I deeply regret trusting them. At the very least, I expected some respect and for them to take just 30 minutes to properly test-drive the car and identify the issue. I strongly believe they are already aware of the problem and are just making excuses to avoid spending money on repairs. The last time I went there, one of them got into my car, claiming it was for a test drive, only to ask me to drop him off somewhere 😐. I am struggling with this every day and honestly don’t even know what to do anymore. At this point, I am considering selling the car, but I decided to write this review first in the hope that it will prevent at least one person from making the same mistake I did. I also plan to share this review on as many platforms as possible, including YouTube, along with all the email communications and proof I have. Additionally, I have started looking into filing a complaint against them with the appropriate consumer protection authorities. I would strongly advise this dealership to show at least 1% ethics and be a little more genuine with customers. Business is not just about making money—I hope they realize that someday.!

Dear Mr Anandu Krishan Narayanankutty We think your opening sentence is very unjust and the total opposite of your experience with us. Only last week you called in asking if we had any slots for MOT. Since you have owned the vehicle you have MOT'd with us once and serviced twice. If you feel you got scammed would you go back to the same place to get scammed again? You feel that you paid 10% over the market price. There is so much consumer data there informing the public of vehicle prices. A person of your intelligence would have done all your due diligence prior to purchase. The vast majority of our stock is priced to Auto Trader Good and Great and we are sure this vehicle would have been priced accordingly. In defence to you post Covid used cars did go up in price like everything else but we would have still ensured that the vehicle was priced competitively. As stated above we have MOT'd your vehicle and serviced twice. You bought the vehicle in June 2023, bought it in January 2024 for MOT. The vehicle came in on Febuary 2024 and December 2024 for servicing. On every occasion the vehicle was put on the ramps, inspected and road tested. It was road tested by several people. Both the technicians and the drivers could not find any fault with your vehicle. We would of been happy to find a fault as we could undertake work on the vehicle as you had a 3 year extended warranty that covers every electrical and mechanical failure on the vehicle. Fortunately or unfortunately no fault was found on your vehicle. We have just done a DVLA check and your vehicle was MOT'd on 08/02/2025, it passed with an advisory on one tyre. Prior to sale your vehicle was also independently inspected by the AA. They did not mention any abnormal noise on the AA Inspection Report. You are welcome to contact the AA about the report. You can also contact the AA if you have a complaint about us and we are an AA Approved and AA Inspected Dealer. They will arbitrate on your behalf and if they believe we are at fault they will take this up with us. In a nutshell there are no abnnormal noises on your vehicle. You have done approx 23,000 miles on the vehicle . the vehicle was inspected by the AA prior to purchase. We have MOT'd the vehicle and serviced twice. We have road tested the vehicle and cannot find any faults. What we are concluding possibly about the noise is that this is a 3 cylinder, 1.0 engine. These engines are slightly noisy as they only have 3 cylinders. You can have the vehicle inspected by someone else or contact the AA. If there is a fault you are covered by the 3 year extended warranty and we are more than happy to carry out the work. We have been selling cars for over 27 years. We have worked hard to build a sound reputation and goodwill in our business. We take great care in the stock we buy, how we prepare it, inspect and sell it. If our customers have an issue we are always at hand to assist like we have been for you. We have many hundreds of customers who have been testimony to this. I bought a 2018 Seat Arona from Autoinfusion and all members of the team there were very pleasant, efficient and helpful. Although the car developed an electrical issue after a couple of months, they replaced the battery free of charge without hesitation and with a positive attitude. They couldn't do enough for me, eg, doing the work when it was convenient for me. This is the best service I've ever had from a car sales team - thank you, much appreciated!

Be aware! They are refusing to make a refund for a car worth over 20k which I returned within 14 days period and sent logbook back via Signed For delivery ( Signed by them ) They keep saying they didnt get a logbook back. Just making excuses not to pay money back. I wouldnt trust these people Been waiting 6 weeks to get logbook back from DVLA due to car being registered to disabled person before !! So all that time without money or car - 6 long weeks !! It has been sent to seller same day once I received it. Delivered to them next day with signature. And now after long 6 weeks awaiting they are making excuses not to make a refund !

Arranged to test drive an Auris but when I got there it was on ramps replacing clutch!! On a car that's only done 47 k miles!! No way!! Auto Infision are Hopeless!!!!!!

Thank you for your review. We initially sold it when it was 3 years old and the same customer bought it back as part exchange for a newer vehicle, On inspection we noticed that the clutch biting point was very high, we road tested the vehicle and the clutch was not yet slipping but we decided to replace the clutch as it was on its way out. The live span of a clutch is all dependant on driver style. This particular driver was doing mainly locaL driving in the city and was probably coasting the clutch. The fact that we noticed it and replaced it is proof that our vehicles are inspected and any known faults are rectified prior to sale. Unfortunately due to the Bank Holiday our technician did not complete fitting the clutch on Thursday and he was away on Good Friday. He came in on Saturday and completed the work and we contacted the customer and left a voice mail stating the vehicle is now ready for test drive. When the customer came in to view the car, we could have said that it was not on site. We had full confidence in the vehicle and had no hesitation showing him the vehicle whilst it was still on the ramp. This illustrates our honesty and transparency.
Did everything we agreed upon pre sale was done by Autoinfusion. They were good. They kept me update with everything, when it went to the body shop to have bonnet sprayed they was on the phone telling me where we were at and when I could come and collect it. To be honest im not very patient so credit to Autoinfusion for keeping me happy and earning a recommendation from myself
