I brought a car from auto inn cars that was faulty split in fuel tank that they said was ok got my money back after saying i was going to trading standards i would avoid them like the plague.

The most dishonest people I have ever dealt with. Sold me a Smart car. Four days later I found the big ends had gone. Took them to court. They told the judge that the car had 'a current MOT' and so was fine. Well the judge just looked at them and raised his eyebrows. He scheduled in a full hearing. In the meantime the owner of Auto Inn went to India to look after his sick father, my opinion is that I rather doubt if this was true (I could be wrong) but however there was no way I would have got my money even if the court did give judgement. I have lost all my money on the car because without an engine it was worth nothing.

Sorry a bit lengthy this one TLDR version- avoids doing work on cars that has already been paid for, they screen your called if you're not a sale. terrible after service would recommend you avoid. Brought a car from Auto Inn, at first all seemed really good and I was impressed, the car had a cracked windscreen but I arranged with them to get it fixed for a little bit extra (worked out cheaper than going elsewhere) they gave us a date the guy would turn up at my house to change the windscreen.... no one showed. I phoned them explaining, they apologised said they would contact the guy and get back to me later that day... no returned call. the next day, I phoned several times... no answer the next day I got through! and we sorted a day out for later that week at their place and they would ring me back with a time...no returned call. I tried ringing them a couple of times during the week and when I did get through the guy who was "sorting that out" wasn't in the office that day and would be back in the day I was meant to bring the car in. day I was meant to bring the car in I phoned ahead to make sure it was still going ahead... they had no bookings for that day... at this I got a little upset and because it was close to Christmas and they were shutting down to Christmas the best they could do was book me in for the 2nd of Jan as this was the day they re opened, miffed I agreed as I just wanted to get this done as I had already paid for it. 2nd of Jan I phoned ahead again to be told there was nothing booked in AGAIN! I may have shouted a bit after this phone call and they booked me in for the 5th and would let me know what time to bring the car down. no return call 4th of Jan called 5 times. no answer 5th of Jan got through no booking again said it was Thursday not Tuesday and would let me know the time, no returned call and no answer on 5 different attempts. 6th (today as I write) called 4 times no answer, phoned off a different line and they answered right away! I informed them I was coming down after work to get this sorted. also the prices displayed on their cars are a lot more than they display on auto trader website, always check! 6th

This dealer sold me a faulty car. The car's engine stopped on a motor way the same day as purchased. I could not get the car home and after returning it to them, he have refused me a full refund. I bought the car 6th of November and up till now all attempts to get my money back has been futile.

Bought Volvo S40 about 9 months ago from Auto Inn Cars. This is my first ever Volvo car had very helpful advice from the dealer to make the decision now after a long very satisfactory 9 months I will definitely recommend them that if you want reliable used car on good price.

Picked up a mint Audi A4 from this dealer, very satisfied with the service. The car was excellent condition drove like a beast. Recommended if you want cheap and good condition cars.

I would advise anyone who is looking for a car to never go to Auto Inn Cars Ltd. I recently brought a car and took it to my MOT centre who I have been with for the last 8 years to check the car over. They found 4 faults ranging from widow wiper broken, break pads replacing and the coil spring need changing. I took the works that needed to be done to auto inn for them to sort out the works. I was promised a call back to see if they will pay for the work and after several messages and phone calls to them, I have not had a reply. Please please do not go to the dealership if you want my advice.

Avoid Auto Inn Cars Ltd in Luton. I went there recently to view a car advertised as excellent bodywork, excellent tyre condition and excellent interior. Rang twice to confirm all the info as travelling over 80 miles and had been assured the car is superb all of the way around. Could not believe my eyes when I got there and was showed the vehicle, which had nothing to do with description of the advertisment. Alloys all scraped, huge dent (and I mean huge) on the drivers door, distorted and scuffed bumper and windscreen with a large chip. One of the employees said it will all be fixed by next day and car be ready for me to collect. They then said that the chip on windscreen will be covered by my insurer and they'll take care of it. Unbelievable and outrageous, do not trust Auto Inn Cars Ltd if you want my opinion.

What ever you do, do not buy a car from Auto Inn Cars Ltd. I bought a car two weeks ago from this dealership, I was told that it was road worthy and had just had it an MOT done. When I drove the car, the car traveled all over the place and i took it to a garage that I trusted to be inspected. The car should never of passed its MOT and that was only the tip of the iceberg, the engine was loose, the gear box faulty, the exhaust pipe bent. Auto Inn Cars Ltd should not to be trusted at all counts. This dealership has now been reported to the police, Trading Standards and VOSA.
