I bought a corsa from this company in January 2017, since the day I have boought this car I have had issue after issue! This car was sold to me with no thermostat! I was told that they would fix this which they have never! I have had this car in the garage 3/4 times since having it! I called them today to tell them the problem they are now refusing to supply me with the missing part! Even though it's been like it since day one! They have been rude, unhelpful! My partner told them that we will be writing a review! And their response is 'we know where you live' I have 2 young children now I feel unsafe in my car as god knows what else is wrong with it! Tomorrow I will be seeking legal advice! As they have ripped me off and now threatened me and my family!! All I can say is buyers beware do not get treated the same and buy from Auto Motion Peterborough.

Miss Mickelburgh, cars are an emotive subject, whether they are new or used, they can fail at any time. Unfortunately it happened to you at this time, we have not refused to help you, however there is a set procedure in place, which has to be followed, and was followed accordingly. Our records indicate that you noticed a intermittent fault with your heater fans after two months of ownership, you were invited on site, to have the vehicle repaired, which it was, and you were more than happy to accept delivery of it once completed. You also found that the vehicle had a water leak, which was repaired fully by a nominated garage of your choice and paid for in full by our accounts department. It seems as the workmanship of the repair by your nominated garage has not been conducted to a satisfactory quality which has caused a fault with your thermostat. If you could please forward your contact details and a preferred time to contact you at customercare@automotionpeterborough.co.uk and a member of our team will contact you and gain some more information so as to be able to investigate this matter fully in order to come to a resolution for you. Overall experience was very satisfying even when I had a slight electrical issue with my car the team were more than happy to collect the car, repair it and drop it off all at no expense to my self. What more can I expect from a second hand car dealer ? Thank you Auto Motion.

Massive thank you to the AutoMotion Team, As I live far, I had to sort everything over the phone, Had no problems with the communication with the staff member. All of my enquiries have been answered to their best ability. Once I came to collect the car it was better than I expected. I would highly recommend AutoMotion and I would definitely purchase from you again.
Auto Motion Peterborough are not recommended as car sold with a number of faults. 3 month warranty but only 28 days for electrical issues. Car was returned for fixing. Had to phone regularly to find out what was happening, very inconvenient to have to chase up all the time and information /communication very poor, have to ask 20 questions just to get answers and information very frustrating. 1) driver side window was fixed by them so it now shuts properly, took several days and now the safety shut feature doesnt work but not an issue as no kids. 2) refused to replace defective tyre stating it was fine. Took it to our ATS and had to pay for a new one ourselves as it was perished and shredded inside. 3) engine fault, hesitation at low throttle speeds, they said unable to replicate and nothing wrong. Total BS as it does it every time it is driven. Going to attempt to resolve ourselves at cost with dad who can help us. Since had engine misfire codes but didn't even bother taking it all way back to pboro again, as no point as in my opinion which i am entitled to is they are not interested in after sales care and just don't want to help. This is an honest and factual review based on my experience with Auto Motion Peterborough.

I bought a car only a week ago from Auto Motion and went to use it in the evening NO lights ..... They only came on when you open the bonnet and Bang it shut....then they go on and off going down the road...NOT GOOD when you have babies in the car....ALSO found out whilst under the bonnet there is a major coolant leak...rand automotive he managed to get car booked this week ...he told us lights were fixed and to take car to another garage to have leak done... However. Was not happy 3000 pound on a bag of rubbish....asked for refund he said it's not his policy and not possible. I have emailed him asking again for refund....Also in touch with trading standards....so we will see what happens.

Our records do indicate that we arranged a booking in our-workshop with your self to have the two issues that you addressed rectified, however you were clearly made aware that we required the vehicle for at least two-three working days & were more than happy to supply you a courtesy vehicle, in order for us to rectify the water leak and the intermittent light failure, it required a main dealer part which was only available on next day delivery, You refused this and requested it to be done on the same day & yes our service manager did agree for your self to take the vehicle to a garage of your choice and that the invoice would be picked up by our self's. Lastly all our vehicles are eligible for refund as per your statutory rights. I would like to apologise for my poor review Automation have given me a car now while they undertake the work needed on our car we bought from them and I would like to thank the manager for all his help with this situation the review I wrote was out of frustration but they are doing there best to fix the situation so once again I do apologise and thanks. Also they have said if we still ain't happy with the car we can have full refund so I feel bad for writing a poor review now anyway thanks again tom.

Bought a car from Auto Motion and had nothing but problems from the day I picked it up mileage wasn't as described which didn't really bother me but there was no paperwork for the apparent work that had been carried out of proof that it had a full pre sale inspection dealer wouldn't accept return of the vehicle which I had every right to do by law he just wanted to repair the car which I have no opinion other than it would have been botched after 3 days the car finally broke down totally and it's been stood ever since when I tried to speak to the dealer he became rude and told me to stop wasting his time when I took it to my local garage he informed me that the car had been previously been put on a diagnostics machine which proved my suspicions that there was problems before I bought the vehicle stay well away from this dealer. Looking at what other feedback was left I wouldn't have gone nowhere near the dealer if I'd seen this shocking customer service and sold me a very very poor car if there is an black Audi A4 reg num stay well away it looks like a nice car but it's far from that it has major major issues.
