I bought an Audi A1 from this garage in June which definitely was not cheap. The car seemed like a dream come true however that quickly changed when I took it home. The rear light wasn’t working and they did give us discount for that, however when we got home to replace the light we found that the whole panelling at the back was corroded and had to be replaced, which wasn’t cheap. We asked if they could compensate as I was only compensated for the price of a bulb being out but they declined. The next issue, the battery was getting weaker and weaker with warnings coming up on the dash, yet when I emailed the garage they tried to tell me this was normal for an Audi A1 however I know a lot of people with this car who had told me this was not normal. I then went on holiday for a week and came back to a completely dead car to the point the key wouldn’t even unlock it. Therefore I had to buy a new battery just a couple weeks after buying the car. I asked the garage if they would compensate and they said no. The next issue, I was driving and the car displayed a hand break error warning and that I should go to a workshop immediately. Once again, I asked the garage if I take it to a garage if they would cover the costs and they said no. All of these issues lead me to just get the car serviced (even though they told me it had just been serviced before I bought it) the service seems to have fixed all the issues so far. I’m not sure what sort of service they gave the car before I bought it but I know none of the problems would have started if it was done properly in the first place. For me the warranty was definitely not worth it as it only covers engine and gearbox issues and did not help with all the other issues I experienced with the car. Personally I wouldn’t recommend buying from this garage as it seems to be a bit of a risk and when spending thousands on a car it might be better to buy it elsewhere. Just a disclaimer, I did not follow the full complaints process with the garage (even tho they tried telling me they will take legal action against me if I dared to leave a bad review) as it would require me to take the car to a garage and pay for them to write a report and look over the whole car and I do not have the money to do this after already splashing out on a service, battery replacement and new light panelling.

I initially left a positive review however I have since had issues and the customer service is awful. Avoid at all costs. I bought a car and upon test driving noticed that the AC was not functioning correctly, the owner told me that the light was on and it was kicking in and functioning correctly it just required a re-gas. , he told me it would cost £70 and gave me the deduction from the cost of the car which I agreed. Howewhen I had the gas done they told me that the gas wasn’t the only issue as the engine fans are not working and possibly the compressor is also faulty. After endless attempts at contacting I finally received contact back to inform me that I had accepted that the ac had a fault and took £70 as acceptance to this there for it is my issue, I am absolutely furious. So far I have spent £67 - re-gas. £65 - diagnostics test. £295 - fan controller replacement. This has managed to get the engine fans running again to prevent an overheat but unfortunately the ac compressor has gone. I have been quoted £895 to replace! £1,322 is not quite a £70 re-gas. Do not trust these people.

I approached Syed early May 2021 as I noticed he had a 3 series BMW for sale. He facilitated the meeting swiftly and I was able to take the car for a test drive. I part exchanged my old vehicle as well as purchasing the car. After finalizing the purchase and having the car. It took about 2 hours until the engine light had appeared. I took it for another test drive and the car broke down on me several times. The engine switched off mid drive which i'm sure you can appreciate, scared the shit out of me. The engine became jittery when idle and also would shut off too. Syed maintained contact throughout this whole process and arranged for it to be picked up the next day. Turns out the car had an issue they couldnt confirm what at the time. He arranged for a full refund and the return of my old vehicle within 48 hours. Ultimately im disappointed that it led to this. However I will say he didnt play around and I didnt need to seek legal advice to get the full refund. My advice to anyone buying from him would be get a specialist to assess the car prior to purchase. Regardless of how well it drives on the day or looks, get it checked, ideally multiple times on different days. Regards.

When I turned up unannounced on Saturday morning to look at a car for my daughter I was met by a friendly guy who brought the car out from where it was parked so I could have a good look around the car. I was left with the key and all the paperwork to look through at my convenience. Once I was happy with the car there was no pressure for high value deposits. I offered £100 deposit which was accepted no problem. I collected the car the following day and the car was ready to go. All washed and vacuumed. I must say from beginning to end it was a good feel in hat there was no pressure at all from the sales staff and I picked up a great little car at a very fair price for my daughter. Thank you Auto One!

I had viewed the same car three times in one week, in the first two visits to Auto One Car Sales I had not been informed of anything wrong with the vehicle or any key information I should be aware of. However, upon my third visit having taken someone with me who has a high vehicle knowledge to check the car over we discovered an oil leak and the car had different sized tyres. Very upset we had not been informed of this, the dealer admitted to the cars faults only when confronted about it.

Very helpful and friendly staff at Auto One Car Sales. They made the process of my purchasing my Skoda Activia really quick and easy. It looked awesome when I picked it up and the value for money is great. I have had no issues with it at and I have had it since the start of January. I would recommend this dealership for sure.
