A solo Italy correct what is being reported about this ‘apparent’ dealership. It’s a cover for a bunch of lowlife wannabe gangsters who intimidated my wife by threatening her to take her car back after it was apparently fixed after a number of issues with the car just days after getting it. Took weeks to even get the car back and no one even knew where it was for two day!!! Bunch of charlatan gangster types. DO PLEASE TAKE EVERYONEs ADVICE and stay away from the disgusting people. This place and Audrnshaw motors are sister companies which they initially denied so keep clear of them too. Big cover for money laundering in my opinion as the places are like scrap yards not genuine car dealerships. YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!
I thought was a nice car great deal but I was wrong the car is now with Nissan being repaired going to cost me over two thousand pounds to get done can’t get hold of auto pavilion at all I have a years warranty on but can get in touch

Hi I also got a car from deep all looked good got the finance approved had the car an that’s when things went from bad to worse , he lied an said I paid the £400 deposit to the finance which I didn’t then the first wk coolent leak took wks for them to deal with it but before they agreed to take it for repair I saw it was cable tied then few months later bold tyres when I was told it had 4 new tyres then car started to struggle to start tried to contact after sales no joy then cuz I didn’t get no response with Joanne I went to the finance company they took car to be checked then said it was fine bare in mind I couldn’t drive due to an op so next day after it was brought back power steering malfunction came on cars not drive able had enough so done Veichal check turned out it was an ex taxi an salvaged it had accident front end an mechanical, looked into this more an the mot was every 6 months due to being a taxi an had police interest on it then at this point I had it took to a garage for inspection now I’d only drove the car roughly 8 months if that , it had turbo leak coolent still leaking loose wiring under car engine leak bumper not lined up an worse bit was the air bag had already been deployed so I went through finance company an recently lost Due to me voluntarily terminated the contract and they said it was ware an tear I’d had enough all I get out of this is £200 compo an a debt of £5,630 to pay the motor ombudsman can’t do anything as there not registered with the any codes of practice so next step is trading standards and apply to debt relief order as I am not paying for this debt caused by a nasty piece of work scamming people and doing dodgy not an mock up on the car I had to sell I have no alternative but to peruse this till it gets closed down for good an the director Darren brown is accountable as director I will keep fighting this if anyone wants to join me please please help me to help u an get them done my mental health has took such a battering I won’t let this go

Now I have just found out that the engine is buggered on my car going to cost me £5000 to get this done needs a engine rebuild have been on to the finace company now and said that unless it’s sorted I will end all my payments for this car only had it a year if anyone has any info on wot and how I can get this paid for could you let me no thanks
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE AND PROMISING A YEAR WARRANTY THAT DOESN'T EXIST. CARS ARE FULL OF PROBLEMS AND THEY WILL LIE ON APPLICATIONS AND TRAP YOU INTO FINANCE AGREEMENTS WITH FAULTY VEHICLES. ALSO IF PART EX A OLD VEHICLE THEY KEEP IT IN YOUR NAME AND SELL IT ON. THEN ULL RECEIVE FINES IN THE POST ECT. TRADING STANDARDS AND FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN NEED TO BE TOLD IF ANYONE IS IN SAME SITUATION. THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED!!!
I got my car from Auto Pavilion in October... yes they have closed down and are now operating under Auto Pavilion Ltd at the same address. They are scammers taking advantage of people in need of a vehicle. I’ve been to Trading Standards and I suggest everyone does the same. The finance company have agreed for the car to be inspected and all quotes to be sent to them before they make a decision on what can be done. Auto Pavilion have wrecked so many peoples lives and left them with thousands of pounds of debt. These people need to be outed and the only ones who can do it is us the pained customers. I suggest we all find a way of communicating away from this forum and get the justice we all deserve. But please please all report them to Trading Standards and we may even have a chance with Watch Dog rouge Traders if we all do it together. My email is vicki7711@gmail.com if anybody else is interested in getting justice.
I have been trying to get hold of them & the phone is constantly busy. Sent emails & have had no reply from them. I tried to start my car this morning & it saying Engine start pending.. I have a years warranty & it needs a service.. Have they gone out of buissness..

Yes they have I had the same never stood by the warranty promised to pay for it to be fixed nothing I found out they ceased trading cleared the site and left people without cars or any refunds complete liars
After reading all of the other reviews, I am shocked others are in a similar situation. I got my car in October with year warranty and can not get in touch with them. Is everyone still paying the finance? I don’t know what to do as I’ve got 17000 outstanding of finance now. Should we take it to trading standards?
Charlotte in response to Can not contact company!!!!
I am willing to go to trading standards. If anyone has any real legal advice as to what to do next...
Pete Hague in response to Can not contact company!!!!
In a massive negative equity situation with a crap car that has been nothing but trouble. Finance company don’t want to know. Stuck!!
Purchased a car on finance back in October. 1 month later engine is coming on. Tried calling and emailing no one is responding. I have 1 year warranty. I have called the finance company to investigate why auto pavilion are not responding. Has anyone been able to contact them.
Vicki Pagani in response to No way to contact them
Hi. I too purchased a car from Auto Pavilion in October and have problems with the coolant system. They are not responding to emails and the phone is continuously engaged. What did the loan company say to you
Paige Ridings in response to No way to contact them
I had a car with auto Pavilion and it broke within 2 months and they would not fix it even though I had warranty and the finance company has taken the car back but I'm still having to pay 10k back and I've now found out auto Pavilion has gone out of business.
Sarah edden in response to No way to contact them
Hi I’ve had extreme issues like yourself to a point the finance company was no help so cancelled finance an taking them through the finance ombudsman I suggest you do the same x with my car it was ex taxi , salvaged an sold to me with out me knowing this after endless amount of times having issues with the car I had enough emails to after sales bounced no nobody to call so did a check on vchecker omfg sorry found out ex taxi an had front end an mechanical damage covered up (that it had dodge mot to sell to me ) I took to a local garage to have inspection done an oh wow the first thing they found was air bag had gone off an the list is about 20/25 things faulty did u have dealing with deep or Joanne
Auto Pavillion sell you a car and then ignore you.
Jodie in response to Don’t go near them!!!! Not honest
David, have you managed to get in contact? I am trying and failing!
Sarah Verrall in response to Don’t go near them!!!! Not honest
Bought a car from this company back in April 2019 came with a years warranty and had nothing but trouble now the clutch has gone was trying to contact auto pavilion website shut number not ringing rang money ways twice they told me to go to Coventry and have a look to see if it's open bearing in mind I have no car and live in Hertfordshire rang money ways a third time only to be told they have gone bust. Absolutely disgusted by this no one wants to help. I will be taking this to court and they will not get a penny out of me I have a car outside my house that I can't use they want £2000 to fix it the car aint even worth it with 3 months warranty left which is more or less invalid. And they still want me to pay the finance No Chance.
The service while your looking for a car is brilliant but once you've brought one their service is discussing. I had my car 1 week and had to have breaks done as they were on the metal but was told it had had full service and fully checked what a load of rubbish. I've tried calling them as I'm missing paperwork but they seem to have disappeared.
Bought a car off Auto Pavillion and gave me 12 months warranty agreed to pair repairs when it went wrong I have received nothing from them when I was told I would be refunded the funds would be in my account in 3 to 5 days still waiting ignored phone calls emails they had the money for car now dont want to help and also found out the site they were using they cleared all the cars out I will take this further disgusting behaviour
Jake Clifford in response to Steve
Have you managed to sort this out? We're in a similar position, bought a car from them they've taken it back for repairs they've given us a courtesy car but every time we've tried to get in touch with them the line has been busy, website is down and when we've been over there the place looks closed down.
Steve in response to Steve
No they suppose to have ceased trading cant get hold of anybody disgrace
Jodie in response to Steve
Are you having trouble with them too? Have they disappeared off the face of the earth!? I need contact and can’t receive any form of contact without it ringing out!
Jodie in response to Steve
Has anyone been able to get in contact? I am in a situation and can’t get hold of anyone! Have you guys had to get the police involved?
