I have purchased 3 cars from Deep at Auto pavilion and have always found him to be knowledgeable about the cars he sells and he is fantastic at matching my requirements. The service is fantastic every time delivery when they promise, the cars are fantastic quality and looked after. The finance is great even for us with less than perfect credit scores. I would highly recommend this company for all your finance and motoring needs.

I I bought an Audi A5 for Auto Pavilion the car was delivered at night when inspecting the car found loads of damage I've had the car for 4 months and I've got issues with the cars already after contacting the after sell to find and a manager s cannot understand there is a problem with the car I've been in contact with them several times and still haven't sorted out the problems now I took it to the ombudsman and hopefully we can sort this out once and for all I'm not reckon all cars I like this but these one and Penny car dealers think that they can get one over on us because we have low credit sorry not this time I'll be very wary when buying a car car from these people put it down to wear and tear not my wearing there I've had the car for 4 months please be aware of these people

Patrick went up and beyond to help me and kept me up-to-date with what I was entitled to once he Confirmed I had been accepted. He explained everything and worked with me to see what I can afford. Everything was sorted within less than 12 hours. I will definitely be using them again and I highly recommend his services to anyone interested especially with bad credit. I was helped to get finance and an amazing car by Deep. He was always there if I had any questions, which being a woman I did. The car is brilliant and it’s great that there is tear warranty and year breakdown cover.

Adam was superb from the minute he picked up the phone. The none judgmental attitude was so reassuring. Adam was professional throughout, the service was quick, providing finance options and , possible vehicles very quickly . Within 24 hrs we have our car and I am blown away. I had my car from Auto Pavillion around 6 weeks ago, the process of taking our finance and having the car delivered was exceptional. I have since had a couple of issues with the car which Joanne has been exceptional in rectifying. I actually felt like it was going to be a long process getting these Problems rectified but Joanne has been simply amazing and ensured all problems have been solved immediately.
