Tried buying a car over the phone, spent all of Friday afternoon dealing with the finance company, rang last thing Friday to secure to car only to not get my call returned. I called them back on the Saturday only to be told they had sold the car that morning. Completely unprofessional. Car has since been re advertised only to be told, when ringing from a different number, that the car is going to be scrapped. Auto Pavillion are a time wasting. joke of a company, avoid.

Not even one star but i had to put for review. I would recommend everyone thinking of going here read this to the end. I bought a car from these people in October 2016 for £3500 cash + 200 more for extended warranty and after a couple of days the automatic gear box warning light kept coming on and went into 'safe' mode. I called Auto Pavilion up and they said i could take the car back, which i did on November 4th.........( i went on holiday for 10 days) so far so good. I left it a couple of weeks and had heard nothing from them so i gave them a call and they told me my car was with a Peugeot specialist and they was looking for the problem. After being fobbed off a couple of times i decided i should start putting everything in writing which i did on December 13th. I emailed them on the 3rd January 2017 and they told me the garage where my car was at were on holiday until the 6th! I wrote to the AA (as it is AA approved) and complained to them. They told Auto Pavilion they would strip them of their AA status if they didn't resolve it. I finally got my car back on January 20th and just to rub salt in the wounds, one last parting shot, they had stolen at least £40 worth of petrol so much so that i put £30 worth of petrol in the car and it only just hit 1/4 on the gauge. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!. Don't say you haven't been warned!! As a side note, the repair cost them £650 and was half a days work!

Struck a deal on P/X and I was returning the following day to collect the vehicle, and they would test drive mine and offer was already made on my vehicle. He test drove then made excuses not to give me what he promised with faults on vehicle that did not exist but did not try another deal. Could not see vehicle that should have been ready and waiting. (was it there??). I asked for deposit back he said yes but he could not do it through the card machine?? unusual but he was adamant that he would not refund and only through head office. (What head office its a porta cabin with two men.) Bank contacted to sort. I felt along with my son that as soon as we talked to him he did not what to sell me the vehicle which was against the agreement that was signed
