Customer service was shocking, the guy didn't have a clue about the car! Had a bad attitude, the car was also in shocking condition and wasn't able to move on the price! Avoid the place.

Do not use this company. We travelled 2 hours to see a car which was described as ready to drive away. When it was started the engine management light came on and there was a distinct knocking sound. We were reassured that it would go into a specialist and be released that week, that the issue was just a timing chain. 2 weeks later and no car, it was due to be delivered but the supposed operations manager claims its gone into limp mode coming away from the garage. We are now out of pocket by tax and insurance and chasing a refund. They are con artists, hoping we'd drive away a faulty car. Do not risk your money on them.

Brought my little mini from the guys at auto pavilion, called them up and were very helpful and even told me that they had a other one better in stock,I left a deposit over the phone to come down at the weekend to view. Salesman was nice and helpful. Will go there again for my next car xx

Please avoid having any dealings with Auto Pavilion - Coventry. I travelled quite a distance to buy a vehicle from them in January 2016 & have had nothing but disappointment & stress with obtaining the vehicle service history, log book, paperwork & spare keys which were supposedly held by their Leicester branch. The service history finally arrived after being sent to the wrong address in the 1st instance, but the log book & spare keys have never materialised, resulting in having to reapply for the log book & spare keys for the vehicle being 'lost' in transit due to not being sent in a secure package. Despite many calls, emails, text messages the majority of which are just ignored, Auto Pavilion do not have the courtesy to resolve or even provide any after sales service. The only positive this garage is good for is to take your money!!

Be extremely wary of Auto Pavilion. I bought a car in part exchange from and they managed to mislead me out of £500.00 off its price. Had agreed an original fee for my vehicle and actually had paid a deposit for it with a final sum agreed, which is a legal contract in law. Foolishly I believed them when the next day I went to pick up the car and they showed me a report saying the vehicle mileage was altered. Had I realised I had a binding contract from the previous day I would never have agreed to renegotiate the price. Also I further investigated the report they had and it was based on no factual evidence. Avoid them as they will do their best to take you for a ride.

Very satisfied with the purchase and the quality of service that I received at Auto Pavilion. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Please be careful if you buy a car from Auto Pavilion. Car was not as described because there was no service history, more owners than advertised and the interior trim missing. The car was faulty as soon as I drove it away and had a problems getting it sorted. I had paid a deposit and driven long way so was committed. In hindsight I wish I has just walked away. I wouldn't trust Auto Pavilion.
