Buyer Beware!! They sold me a car in 2018 with numerous amounts of problems. I have taken it into a VAG specialist after thermostat failing and they informed me the entire job was botched with sealant which is NOT industry practice. The fan belt that was also purported to have been changed, was about to split and break apart. All of this was given to me on an invoice when coming to see the car. They told me the Thermostat, Cam-belt, Water Pump, Fan Belt, etc. were all changed. The invoice had Auto Select Bedford's logo on it. Due to such bad repair, I've had to get my cam-belt and water pump changed at a cost of £400 as I can't take the risk of this writing off the engine.
This garage clearly has some crap mechanics or got their BTEC mate to do repairs on cars before flogging them on. I have had so many problems with the car since buying it.
Before AutoSelect reply with some stupid excuse like "the car is two years older", your dodgy repair job was 0 years old when you sold me the car like that. A thermostat should not fail after two years. A fanbelt should not split after two years. My specialist garage has been utterly bewildered by your rubbish repair.
Within the month I bought the car from you back in 2018, I suffered a leaking radiator, both wheel bearings failed, and numerous other issues.
The main point to take away from this review is if they sell you a car with an Auto Select Bedford Service/Repair Invoice, do not trust it and walk away. A schoolkid could probably do car repairs better than them.

DO NOT USE - I was going to buy an Audi SQ5 from them but after leaving a £500 deposit my wife was made redundant and they refused to refund the deposit saying her redundancy wouldn't affect me! They didn't tell me the deposit was non-refundable and I only found this out on the emailed receipt they sent after which I did not sign or date and it didn't state it in other emails they sent.

There was a big misunderstanding with this and Auto Select were brilliant - Harrison sorted everything out and refunded the deposit - thanks guys for all your help and understanding.

There was a misunderstanding with Auto Select Bedford which was resolved - not their fault and they did everything they could to sort things out which we did. Special thanks to Harrison who was brilliant but can't fault the whole team and I will definitely use these guys when we need our next car. Thanks for everything.

I purchased a lovely car For the wife from Auto Select Bedford. The guys were very polite and honest with everything. I was very happy just being there as I new I would not have no issues. Top service and recommended to them all. Genuine traders unlike some. Hats off to you boys well done and keep it up

Recently bought a car from auto select Bedford.Perfectly smooth service and very friendly team helped me through the whole process.Car came with a year m.o.t and has been delivered to my home,clean and tidy in and out and well over quarter tank of fuel.Fantastic service absolutely recommended!!!

Spoke to the salesman on the phone and ask for an honest opinion on the car to be bought , drove quite a distance, on arrive and inspection fought rotten fruit left in the spare wheel bay , broken pen in the glove compartment, alloy wheels had been kerbed badly,( but told it was my fault for not spotting it in a video taken about 5 mts away from the car , advertised as full service history ! Could not be seen on the day ! And promised to forward on details , never received them , this is my experience of Auto Select Bedford !!

I'm very very happy with the customer service I received from auto select bedford, I needed a car to suite my needs and they were all very helpful and had a lot of patience with me, I'm very happy with the selection of cars they offered me and even more happy with the car they helped me pick out and also the price I got the car for... very highly recommend this company as I have been to a few other and never have I had such a warm welcome like I did here... all round very happy!
