Never buy from Auto Select Bedford. It is a WRONG SELECT for me. I went bought a FORD MONDEO from them couple of weeks ago, which had some small rattling noise while engine running. The sales guy/owner told me that nothing to worry about this noise, our warranty is piece of mind, if needs any repair then you get it fixed anywhere, we will refund you with no questions asked.. The noise started increasing and it started sounding like a diesel car. My local garage diagnosed and quoted me the price for fan belt and time chain replacement. TIME CHAIN .. ha.. when I called these guys assuming that under warranty, then reply what I got is that they will take the car fix it themselves, but it will cover only 20% of the cost what was quoted by my local garage. At the end the message was they will do some doggy work; then I had to pay almost the 25% car price to repair the rest. Very disgusting..

Auto Select Bedford sold my sister a CAT D car without informing her, have refused to accept responsibility and have been extremely difficult to deal with and abusive at times. To top that when collecting her car following ongoing repairs after 4 weeks her car was presented with a derogatory & offensive comment emblazoned across the bonnet. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

We are sorry to hear about your experience with Auto Select Bedford.
Please be advised the customer issued a claim in a small claims court. The case has been vacated and the customer has failed to complete the necessary steps required.
I note you advised your sister was not made aware that her vehicle was a Category D write off. We have referred her to the Auto Trader advert which categorically states the vehicle is a Category D write off.
The matter has been also been withdrawn with The Motor Ombudsman.
We strongly deny the allegations.

Went out my way and traveled 50 miles to Auto Select Bradford to find they jacked up ticket price by £750
Why has price increases over night . Cos we are getting a lot of interest in the car was there reply . Top business strategy guys ?

(Service history for different VIN ) NON EXSITANT WARRANTY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE! THE AA DEALERSHIP PROMISE IS ONLY A PLEA TO DRAG YOU IN TO GIVE YOU “PEACE OF MIND “ NOT ACTUALLY ADHERED TO ANY OF IT NOR DO THEY INTEND TO. AS THEY HONESTLY DONT CARE. ALL LIES. In response to your review, you have lodged your claim with the small claims court.
As you are aware the case has been vacated as you have not followed the correct procedure.
We have discussed this case with Trading Standards and they have also confirmed we have acted in line with the Consumer Rights At 2015.
We note you advise that you have experienced the worst customer service from Auto Select. We have refused to speak to you over the telephone as you are abusive to my staff and we will only correspond via email.
Auto Select have done the following for you:
1 - Advertised the car as a Cat D on Auto Trader
2 - Collected the car and repaired this for you
We have acted in a reasonable manner and the allegations are strongly denied.

Hello went to auto select bedford today to look at a corsa vxr was greeted by josh and Harrison both lovely people very friendly and very helpful due to my age i was unable to afford insurance which josh understood be young himself so josh walked me around the forecourt josh was very paitance and understood my needs and showed me a lovely fiesta witch was more suitable for my age group maybe one day ill get my vxr, very friendly staff, great experience
highly recommended josh and Harrison.

I was looking to buy a car when I came across Auto Select Bedford. I’m so so happy I went and had a look, at times when you hear from other people it’s different but when I got there the service was amazing! The quality in handling how to cover my every whim and what I wanted... I felt relaxed and calm knowing that they would get me the best! So happy overall with my car ticks every box and pleased I paid them a visit. Would highly recommend to all.

I found Auto Select Bedford On Auto Trader. I originally went to see a Q7, however when I attended the showroom I seen a X5. I changed my mind and the staff was so helpful in the briefing. They provided us print outs of both vehicles and sent us to a local cafe to decide. We then returned an hour later and purchased the X5. Professionalism and Polite is how I would describe the staff.

I brought a car for this dealership last year. They hadn't been open that long so I was worried about buying a car. It has been over a year now and the car has been running smoothly and I have had no issues. I was given a courtesy call 6 weeks after puchasing the car to make sure everything was good with the car.
We then returned this year to buy a car for my wife. The service provided was good. They done a very good deal for me as i was a returning customer.
Never judge a book by its cover. I was nervous about some of the reviews but I am glad I went to the dealership and brought the car.
