Hi bought an Audi from this garage which was recommended through my friend. They took me through everything the car was ready to pick up was clean and they even filled the tank up! Overall a great experience at Auto Select Bedford and a lovely car too.

When it comes to buying a car I am the worst, I have always picked faults and minor detailing. We went to auto select ltd, I looked at three different cars and then we returned home after taking a hour and a half there. We decided after looking at four different garages that auto select was the ideal garage we was going to purchase from. We called and waned to speak to Charlie who signed the deal and was exceptional throughout and If I buy a car from anyone it has to be Charlie and auto select.

A Volkswagen Passat was purchased from auto select, they had superb skills, not once did they show any rudeness, we also got a 6 months warranty, their garage was very busy at the time but we still received a lot of attention.

I have just received a letter from Bailiffs, they have paid up in full cost them 2 grand in bailiff fees. After you get judgement transfer to high court for enforcement.

Sold me a dodgy Range Rover Vogue which I was lucky to get my wife and kids 150 home in. Car packed up 4 days after buying it and Auto Select refused to help fix it. Had the car independently assessed at my own cost and was told it should not even be on the road. TheY eventually owned up to purchasing the car from auction 2 days before I bought it from them, and not "having time" to check it. Currently pursuing legal action against them although they have ignored all of the legal letters so far. Quite frankly they could have caused a serious accident with my wife an kids in the car they sold us. Disgusting.

I bought a mazda CX-7 from Auto Select Bedford and the dealer failed to mention that it was an import and refused to take it back waiting for a court judgement at present absolutely substandard.

I bought a Mercedes from here. The car was not clean or as described. There were numerous things missing and the dealers were very unhelpful when I had issues with the car. I would not recommend.

I purchased an Audi Q7 from here back in July. The car was clean and in good condition and I have had no issues with it. however, I feel the customer service could be improved and should give you a courtesy call at some point after the sale. The car is good value for money and I am happy with it but I wouldn't recommend them.
