This is the second car I have purchased from Auto Seven 7 so I knew who I was dealing with. The service I received from Immy was great. I did have a few things replaced but it was all sorted under warranty. No issues with the Porsche Taycan.

What stood out to me was the customer care they provided after the sale. I did have a few issues with the car but they helped me out massively. Many dealerships wouldn't have helped me the way they did, they really did go above and beyond. Kim in particular was very good.

The overall experience was very great. From the way the dealer interacted with me and was very responsive with any questions and concerns I had with the car before coming to view it. He was also very kind to pick me up from the train station to come to the dealership. After buying it as well there was a small delay with getting the paperwork sorted but the dealer kept me informed the whole way through until it was sorted
