After an initial issue with a sensor (which was no fault of anyone's at the dealership) my Audi has now been perfect and I've been able to get back to enjoying it. I think the team at AS7 handled the situation perfectly and couldn't do enough to help, I would have no issues returning in the future for another car.

The whole sales process couldn't have gone any better! I turned up to the dealership and said I want the Mercedes Benz, which is where John took over to the car and made sure everything went smoothly to make sure I could take the car home on the same day, which is exactly what I did. The Mercedes has been a lot better than my previous car to say the least, I'm very happy with it.

I can't remember the name of the salesman who looked after me on the day but I was very impressed because I received really good service. I've not used the Ford a lot but it's been a good car for the time I have been out in it.

I knew the previous owner of the car and I've already done double the mileage in the car than they did and I've only had the BMW since September. Kim looked after me and I thought she was great from start to finish.
