BMW 1 Series - going fine with no problems. I've done around a couple of hundred miles so far but I look forward to doing more. I can't remember the woman's name but her customer service was excellent, she was very welcoming and always in hand to help. Once I was happy to go ahead with the BMW, we arranged for me to collect the car and when I arrived it was valeted to a high standard and polished perfectly. I wouldn’t do anything differently if I were to visit this company again.

My Audi Q5 runs like a dream and I'm absoloutly loving it! John and all the staff were super helpful, I was offered a test drive and that's when I fell in love with the car. No issues whatsoever on my end.

This was my first time visiting Auto Seven 7 and to be honest I'm very happy with how everything went. John was the gentleman who sold me the vehicle and he was great, there was no sort of pressure tactics and he discussed all of my options with me related to the car. I opted to have the car delivered, and everything ran like clockwork. I'm very happy.

The saleswoman Kim was a very nice lady to deal with while I was buying my car. She was also very patient because I wanted everything to be perfect and I didn't want to rush into anything. Since driving away, the car has been great and I'm happy that I got it from a great company.

The handbrake on my Toyota Yaris needs to come in for repairs, but it's not causing any issues, and with me living in North Wales, it's not a quick trip. But the guys at the dealership are happy for me to bring it back when I can, which shows they actually care. A big thank you to Kim as everything went smoothly on the day. To be honest, everyone has been fantastic. The car came with a full service history it was in great condition, so I can't complain about the quality at all.

The Mercedes Benz C350 has been brilliant—it's a really lovely car. I'm still getting used to the hybrid aspect and figuring out how to make it more economical since it's my first hybrid, but the power it delivers compared to my last car is incredible. It's also extremely comfortable. I've already recommended hybrids to people I know, though I’m not quite ready to go full electric just yet. John, the salesman, was really nice and made the whole process straightforward. I’d definitely recommend Auto Seven 7 to friends and family. They have some top-brand cars, so I hope to be back in the future. I couldn't be happier!

It was a while back that I got the Maserati, and it's been all good with no issues at all. This was my first time dealing with Auto Seven 7, and everything went as you'd expect. I dealt with John, who was very helpful throughout the process. I was part exchanging in my old car and the trade-in price I received was fair, and the entire experience was positive. I took the car out over the weekend to enjoy the nice weather, and it was great. The fact that I keep an eye on their site to see what else they have in stock speaks for itself.

My BMW X5 that I got back in May has been brilliant with no issues. I really enjoy it. This is my third X5, and the experience has been just as great as the car itself. John was amazing, honestly he couldn't have made the purchase any easier. I made a 4-hour trip down, and he was very patient while I was looking around the car. The overall service was impeccable. It felt like reconnecting with an old friend. He was very respectful with my family at the dealership, which meant a lot. A big thank you for everything they did on the day. I'm really happy with my Mini Clubman. I've taken it on a few odd trips, and it's been a good car so far for the 500 miles I've put on it. Having owned a Mini R53 in the past, it was an easy decision to go for another Mini. John's customer service was brilliant. I saw the advert in the morning, called him in the afternoon, and he even stayed late so I could pick it up the same day. Quick turnaround and a great lad. He really went the extra mile.

What a great car my Clio has been! I'm so impressed with it, it's honestly been brilliant. I'd happily recommend people to get a car from here because the sales team are so kind and approachable, it made everything so much more enjoyable. They couldn't have done enough for me.
