So just bought a lovely 16 plate long wheel base high line van today from Auto Solutions of Hampshire which is fine although had to wait 2 weeks for it to get delivered to the garage, told it was coming from Scotland,,, no it wasn’t it’s from London,!!! Not a prob spoke The owner doesn’t seam very happy in his job.. been dealing with mat the sales man,, Top man,,, now I haven’t just paid £600 for some old fiat, I’ve just paid 22 grand!!! Who ever does your valeting needs sacking,, water stained seats, dust and dirt in every air vent,,, dirt in the door pockets,, why is it no one today cares about detail,,, Van is fine cleanliness of Van shocking, saved hard and waited a long time for this van to be diving home unhappy!!!!!

Traveled from N.wales to Auto Solutions of Hampshire. Paper work was ready van was ready guys where helpful in all respects vehicle was spotless and drove like a dream well recommended. Big thank you to Mathew for the coffee and the effort to have a swift hand over.

Auto Solutions of Hampshire is a brilliant company, made purchasing a van an easy process.

No issues at all, have the van for just over 6 months now, I don't normally leave reviews but seeing the rather negative one on here I thought I would as I had the opposite experience with no problem, yes parking was a little tight there but the vehicles and staff were all great! I ended up buying another van from them rather than the one I originally planed on viewing as it had a bigger spec, it was also good to have a choice of vans spending just over £14,000.

Based on the good reviews previously left for Auto Solutions Of Hampshire and the advert description given for the vehicle I was interested in, I drove a fair distance for a viewing, this is where the problems started. Arriving at the site, there was no parking for visitors and I had to park some distance away down a side road. The forecourt had no marked entrance and was so crowded with vehicles, it was difficult to move about. Despite having made an appointment the vehicle I had come to view was badly blocked in and there was an air of disorganisation about the whole place. On inspection it was discovered the vehicle had some minor faults which would possibly be expected on a trade-in, however there was one serious fault. The multi-vee belt which drives most of the auxiliaries on the engine was damaged and running out of line and could have failed at any time. The advert stated that this vehicle had been serviced and was ready for its new owner. I pointed this out to one of the proprietors who said "We only do an oil service" and that I should expect problems like this with trade in vehicles. I was obviously not going to purchase any vehicle presented in this condition and would urge anyone considering buying a car from this dealer to inspect them very thoroughly. In conclusion, A very disappointing experience.
