Bought a car from here years ago and instantly regretted it! Basic repairs needed done to the car and after getting fobbed of a few times the dealer finally agreed to fix the issue through the 3 month warrenty! Dodgy guys, stay away Car was filthy when I bought it also

Since buying my car from Autostation A96 just over a year ago I have had nothing but problems. After having a job done on warranty it has since ran out and the same issue has re-occured. Terrible customer service. Was given car with promise of second key, never happened. I am now having to cut my losses and get rid of my car after hundreds of pounds of work to try and fix the various issues.

Put down a deposit on a car at Auto Station, later secured a better deal from the bank, was assured by the bank manager i was legally entitled to do so within 14 days. When speaking to the owner, i received a torrent of abuse. He then proceeded to not want to do business with me, as i was in his view a time waster. I was then refused my deposit back, even though i was not at fault for the breakdown in the deal. 1 star is 1 star too many. i regret the day i walked into Auto Station as does my bank account.
