I recently visited Autovillage and purchased a Mercedes E Class Estate and cannot fault the service I received.The car when collected was probably better than new from a cleanliness point of view and the whole process from start to finish was great,given that buying a new or nearly new car can be at times quite stressful.I would recommend Auto Village at Gotherington Cross without hesitation given my personal experience,great selection of cars to suit all budgets and friendly,helpful staff.Many thanks

purchased a car from autovillage gothington. few issues with the car that were suppose to have been corrected by the time i collected the car which were not sorted. it has taken over 6 months to get the issues sorted. they never ring you back when they say they will or keep you updated, you have to get hold of them all the time. terrible service overall really. the salesman didn't seem to know anything about the car. luckily for them i had done my homework and the car sold itself. i genuinely didnt want to purchase the vehicle from them just because of their attitude and poor knowledge but they had the right car... had i known the time i would have to spend chasing them up on issues with the car that they said would be sorted before collection, i dont think it would have baught the vehicle... avoid if you can

We have had excellent service from Paul Mac at AutoVillage. Numerous phone calls between Paul and my husband as the car was being purchased long distance. We took our time checking the car over and it was exactly as described by Paul and in the numerous photos we'd seen. We weren't rushed to make a decision.
