A friend of mine got a car from here. Reading the reviews, it looks like she wasn't the only one who's had trouble... Car was in and out of the garage for a year. Kept fobbing her off. Eventually Mike, ended up blocking her, as found out, this whole time the car was under warranty. Absolute con. Funny thing is he's left his own review on the place to boost up his rating (laughable). Would not recommend.

Why oh why did I stick with this company. As others have said Mike was so helpful and seemed genuinely interested in getting a great car for our family. All sounded great - it just needed a quick once over and service. I did a test drive and there was an issue but he assured me it was just that the spark plugs needed replacing. Collected the car having been assured it had a service and was running like a dream!! Price we were given included AA cover and also six months car tax.. Took the car home and then when we went out in it for the evening it broke down - limped along the road at about 4 miles an hour with loads of smoke out the back!! When we were in a s age place we called the AA (on our own already existing policy) to be told it had NO car tax so the AA wouldn’t help us!! To cut a very long story short we now have a broken car on our driveway. Over £200 out of pocket (tow truck etc) and Mike won’t answer his phone. Went to the garage to meet Dan his brother who only suggested calling his mobile!! NO HELP AT ALL FROM ANYONE. Apparently he’s having a messy divorce (oh so does that allow him to treat people like this!!!!). Dan said the business is going to be closing so I guess no recompense or money coming back my way!! I’ll try the small claims court anyway!!

Has sold me a car and lied about the work carried out, no better than a thief.

Bought a VW from Autozone. Michael was a pleasure to deal with, no hard sell, and the car was well prepared. Unfortunately on the way home on collection a fault became apparent (turned out to be a sticking brake caliper). Contacted Michael, who agreed it needed fixing. I had it repaired, and Michael settled the invoice. What more can you ask for? It was an older model, so you expect some issues, but Autozone are an honest dealer and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend dealing with Michael.

Brought a car from auto Zone Maidstone had problem after 6 days. Got in contact with Mike they collected the car repaired it and went the extra mile by doing window tinting for me as a resolution to my problem great service. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you.

They sourced me a car, I havent had that type of care that allowed me to have a unique view of the process. Totally would recommend these, be patient they are busy but it worth it.

I sold my VW golf to Autozone South East in Maidstone , both Mike and Daniel were excellent to deal with and I am sure gave me the best price they could . I would certainly recommend going there first if you have a car to sell as they were so helpful and didn’t quibble when someone scratched my car the day before the sale !

Bought a car from autozone south east last month but shortly after purchase had a problem with the exhaust. Although not covered by the warranty Daniel refunded the cost of repair without any trouble. I would recommend autozone to anyone. No pressure selling and comfortable viewing
