I have bought Mondeo 2016 them. Car is running OK. I think it’s worthy to see their cars, it’s not many but perhaps you can find something for yourself. I am happy with purchase. Nice people.
After purchasing my new car I started having issues with it. (pullys). Although I had no warranty they contributed a fair amount of money for the repair. Rare to find a motor trader like these guys nowadays. Fair, honest and helpful. 100% recommend Auto 99.

Found Auto 99 friendly, honest and realiable. Usually dealer are helpful at time of sale but true customer services define after sale. Had to contact them after sale and found very helpful.

Thought I was getting a great deal for my first car, but just turns out they were ripping me off. Even after doing extensive background checks they somehow managed to sell me a car that has had to have up to a thousand pounds worth of work. Bearing in mind the car was not cheap in the first place and only a few years old. Very disappointed with this service and how it has been dealt with by Auto 99.

Hi It would be very appreciatable if you had written the truth that 6 months warranty issued to you, you failed to escalate the issue to warranty/us. Only proof you have, without any call record,email, written letter etc, that you called us. You just contacted us after a month once your 6 month warranty period expired. And even your warranty expired but still we have offered you token of money as good will gesture even though we had paid to warranty company.
Purchased a 2006 4x4 in the early part of 2016 and have now chosen to part ex it to a well known dealership who within a day informed us that the car had been clocked and had an extra 40,000 miles on it, with the difference taking place when the car was only 3 years old, so no excuse for this dealer not noticing it if they do a report on each of their cars, and a look at the DVLA MOT history on line confirms the above, We purchased in good faith and have now literally lost thousands.

how have you lost thousands? If the car is clocked you simply go back to the dealer and say ' give me my money back'!

Car had mileage discrepancy on MOT in 2009. Car came to our dealership in 2016 and sold after few months. How can we clocked the car back in 2009 ? Customer went to part exchange that car, the next dealer saw MOT discrepency and offered less money and considered it as mileage discrepancy.(As per customer) And customer happily accepted that price, instead contact us before selling his car. Informed us verbally that he lost money without any valid sold receipt. Even after all above still, we accomodated the customer but still 1 star review!
I purchased a Honda Civic from here back in August. I have had no issues with it and it was clean and in great condition when I received it, The dealers were very helpful and friendly and the car is very good value for money. I would happily recommend.

I bought a VW Golf in June but I have had to reject the vehicle due to their being so many issues that the car would cost too much to keep. The service their was average and that car wasn't in amazing cosmetic condition either. I would not recommend.

Can honestly say i never thought i'd have to give 1's all the way through for a car dealer. I arrived and the office (dilapidated portacabin) was full of cigarette smoke - which he did apologise for but continued to smoke anyway All the cars are absolutely wedged in so you cant even walk between them in most cases. The car i was looking at looked brilliant on the website, clean and pictures looked great. That was until i got there and instantly noticed a HUGE dent in the paintwork which was on the fold of the door so couldn't be popped out. Then noticed another one on the front panel !! Not a single mention of this in the listing and when i phoned to check availability i was told it was in good condition which was clearly not the case. As i'd made the journey and wanted to familiarise myself with the trim model i had a look inside the car and the seller gave me the key and said if you like it we can go out for a test drive. I opened the door and he just stood next to me (still smoking) without saying a word. I had a fiddle with the controls but couldn't stand sitting there any longer with him blowing smoke around me. When i mentioned the big dents he just shrugged them off and said "well the car is priced for its condition". I can assure you it is not, there are others available, but that one stood out because it looked good in all the pictures and i was assured on the phone that it was in good condition which was a blatant lie. When i went back to look at the pictures they had been taken in a way that the only side profile was from the one side which didn't have any dents. None of the other pictures for any other cars were taken in the same way Unfortunately i cant recommend this car dealer at all. I'd avoid like the plague. *** UNHONEST SELLER *** - Wasted Journey
WASTE OF A 100 ROUND TRIP!!!! CAR WAS A DISASTER I ASKED THE SALES PERSON WHO CLEARLY DID NOT SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH. HE TURNED AROUND AND SAID ITS CHEAP TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT. HOW RIDICULOUS IS THAT!!!! SO PEOPLE MY ADVICE IS STAY WELL AWAY!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!
