I honestly can't fault Autocars. Everyone at the dealership was personable, professional and polite. I was able to take my time looking around the cars I wanted without any pressure from the sales team, and there was no pressure to leave a deposit either. They even said I could come back the next day if I wanted more time to look. It felt like a really nice, family-orientated company. The customer service has been excellent. I'd happily go back there again when it's time to change my car.

I previously had a Ford Grand C-Max, so I specifically wanted the same one again because it's brilliant on fuel and I'd had no problems with my previous one apart from normal wear and tear. Rob was absolutely brilliant to deal with. He kept in touch every day in the lead up to the delivery, and the car was personally dropped off at my doorstep. I also got it for a cheaper price than most dealerships.

Enjoying the Seat Ibiza. It has not had any problems so far. My mum found it advertised on Autotrader. The whole process was quick. I'd have to give it five stars, as I got a good car out of it.

Getting on absolutely fine with the Peugeot 208. It was one of several similar-sized cars I was considering, and I'm happy with the one I chose. The customer service at Autocars was good. There was a bit of confusion because they weren't expecting me to collect the car that day, as the information hadn't been passed on while Gary was on holiday, but they coped well with it and the car was ready for collection.

Jo was absolutely lovely to deal with. She was very helpful, answered all of my questions, and couldn't do enough for us.

There were a couple of little bits that needed doing on the BMW 5 series, but nothing major and nothing I would go through warranty with. It is expected when you get a new car. Rob and the rest of the team were top blokes and really nice to deal with. They even sent me away with a bottle of sherry, which was a nice touch.

Carl, Rob and Gary were all brilliant; welcoming, knowledgeable, so friendly and above all professional. I won't go anywhere else in the future. As I know nothing about cars, it's a daunting process, especially when spending so much money. Carl, Rob and Gary were so down to earth, answered all my questions and made me feel like a valued customer

My recent Audi A1

I’m doing good with the Ioniq but I’ve had an issue with the battery. I have spoken with Autocars and they have advised it won't be covered under warranty as the vehicle was used as a taxi.

The MG5 was really good, my dad is absolutely delighted with it. We found the MG5 online, as there were not available to test drive locally, we tested drive something similar and liked it. I reviewed the vehicle online, spoke to Gary and found him trustworthy so we went ahead with the online purchasing process.
