Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish.

They couldn't have gone out of their way enough. We were originally looking at and did place a deposit on a Fiat 500 in another dealership, but when spotting the Adam and taking a look, the service that was provided by Autocars was that good we changed out minds on the Fiat immediately. They really went above and beyond to ensure that the car was spotless and I will be returning to find a car for mum!

Everyone at Autocars was brilliant. I was allowed the car before it was ready, there was a light on the dashboard which I did know about, but they got me in and fixed it nicely for me. Everyone there made it a very pleasant experience. I will certainly be visiting again.

Any issues seen with the car are being amended. Chris was really good and provided everything I asked for. I cant complain. I would rate 4.5 start as everyone can improve somehow, but I am giving autocars a 5 star review.

Thanks to Gary, I had a really nice experience. He was really helpful. No pressure the whole time I was there and also super convenient as I only work around the corner. I had a Corsa previously which had an abundance of issues, took a look at this fiesta and it ticked all my boxes.

Bang on customer service. Kept me up to date with what the crack was and made me feel like I wasn't just a number. The salesman Rob was sound and overall brilliant. I recommend highly.

A nice tidy dealership with lots of attractive options. Gary was really friendly and comfortable to deal with. Ill be back again but hopefully not for a long time!

Despite having a couple of issues with the car, Autocars took the car in and had it sorted. I was very happy with the turn around. Gary and Cal were really good overall, such nice people. It was a pleasure working with them and I would definitely visit again when I am in the market for a new car.
