I love my new car; it drives great and was immaculate when I bought it. I couldn't fault the service I received; they were friendly and helpful and not pushy at all. Fantastic experience.

I'm incredibly thankful to my friend for recommending Autocars Ltd to me. They were incredibly helpful, demonstrating a refreshingly non-pushy approach and maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout. The car I purchased is absolutely lovely, and I genuinely can't find a single fault with it. Overall, the entire process was excellent, providing me with an all-round positive experience.

Absolutely everything was perfect! From the lovely car to the excellent customer service, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We had a manual car and needed to change to automatic, we found Autocars because we use a service garage close to them. Customer service was better than buying a new car! I have a couple of issues that I have recently contacted them about, if the service I received when buying the car is anything to go by, I'm very confident they will be sorted. Will be spreading the word about this company, have bought a few new cars over the years and Autocars beats any other garage I've ever dealt with.

Absolutely Amazing! Can't praise them enough, Rob went above and beyond with regards to customer service. I put a £99 deposit on a Seat a few weeks ago and they called me to say they didn't want to sell me the car because they had found a fault with it. Went over there and found the Fiesta, which is a lovely car, and really appreciate their honesty about the Seat. If I could give them 20 stars I would! Very highly recommended.
