I purchased a BMW from Autocars which was later found to have a gearbox issue, through no fault of the dealership. They arranged pick up of the car and got it taken to a garage who explained that the repair would cost almost the total value of the car. During this time, the owner Karl had been looking tirelessly for another car for me while loaning me one of their cars in the meantime. I was never left stranded without a car and always felt cared for by the team. Sales are easy when things go well but things were difficult and they pulled through.

What a breath of fresh air it was dealing with Autocars in Hull.... the smoothest, easiest transaction with excellent customer service throughout. I would be more than confident to purchase from here again and recommend these to others. I can't praise the process, service or car enough, my mind was at ease at every stage. Thanks to Chris for all the help when buying my Toyota Yaris. I was left gobsmacked with his knowledge, he answered every single question I had, and knew the car like the back of his hand, he was fantastic. I was given as much time as I wanted when I was viewing the car. It was nice to break away from the hard selling salesman. I gave Chris the go ahead once I was back from the test drive and the sale was finalised in a matter of minutes. I would happily return here again for my next buy, and I look forward to doing so! Chris was a great help!

My Citroen is awesome! It is lovely and in tip top condition. It is such a smooth drive and it picks up pace well when it needs too. The customer service was brilliant, from beginning to end they were spot on with their communication, everything was highly organised. It was a really good service which is certainly worthy of 5 stars.

The customer service from the guys at this dealership was amazing, I felt well looked after and cared for from beginning to end. All of my questions were answered, and no pressure was applied to go through with the sale, I felt very clued up about my BMW before leaving. Overall it was a really positive experience.

The Renault Clio I purchased from Autocars Ltd has been perfect so far, no issues which I have noticed and everyone I have spoken to really likes the car too. Chris was a delight to deal with and the rest of the staff are really friendly too.
