All is well with the car. I was missing the parcel shelf from the previous owner which the dealer has had to order a new replacement one for me, which hasn't arrived yet, but due in very soon. The dealer has been good at communicating with me and keep me updated. Overall the car has been great so far though. I'd rate it 4.5/5.The only reason it's not a 5/5 rating is the ongoing parcel shelf arriving, otherwise it would be 5.I still think the service I have received has been great and would recommend them to anyone in the future!

When I bought my 2 Series it was the first time I had ever been to Autocars! I have to say they are more than friendly here and very pleasant to deal with! Right from when I arrived they were welcoming and approachable. They car has been great overall, the only problem I have run into is with one of the seals. I gave them a quick phone call and they were amazing and arranged to get the car booked in for me so this could be sorted. I couldn't have asked them for anything more.

I can't fault the experience I had with Autocars on any aspect! I made the purchase remotely from Scotland and I was so impressed with how helpful they were over the phone, communication remained great from start to finish. The car was delivered to my home on the given date and the car arrived in the standard I expected! I have had no problems with the car, its running as it should. Everything has gone so smoothly and it was such a quick turn around! 5*!

I only went down to Autocars with my boyfriend to look at a car he was interested in but that all went to pot when I saw a gorgeous A Class! I knew I really wanted it so enquired with the team, they were really happy to help and show me the car, I was able to test drive it too. I really apricated the courtesy they showed me seeing as I had taken them and myself by surprise! Since I made the purchase about a month ago I haven't has any issues with the Merc, I absolutely love it!
