I'm getting used to the Renault Capture nicely and we are getting along very well. I was pleased with how I was treated and I would rate this dealership 4 stars.

I am more than happy with every single little last bit of my experience down at Autocars, there service is bloody OUTSTANDING and they did nothing but go above and beyond for me, bent over backwards infact. I came to view the Seat Ibiza on a Saturday and the car was almost ready, by the Monday they had everything sorted and the car was ready to go, in the space of a weekend! I was blown away, I wasn't expecting it. The customer care I got here is the best I have ever seen in my whole life and the car its self is just AMAZING, i love it, I can't find enough reasons to go out in it. The car when I came to pick it up was spotless, not a crumb in sight. Honest, I can not recommend these guys enough, top notch they are. They carried out everything we asked of them, like I said, all in the space of a weekend. NOTHING BUT 5 BIG STARS FOR GARRY! YOU ARE AMAING!

I purchased a lovely BMW 1 Series from Autocars in Hull, they were so kind and helpful during the time I spent at the dealership. I did have a small issue at the start but once I notified the guys about this they did not hesitate to get the car back in within no time and sorted the issue with no quibble at all. These guys are highly reliable and trust worthy and I am very happy with my whole experiance. I would highly recommend Autocars and If I needed a new car in the future (Im hoping this last a while) I would come back here!

I genuinely can not praise these guys enough, they were truly brilliant. From start to finish I received 10/10 customer service, these guys give the car a wheel refurb, serviced the car and MOT''d the car, truly went above and beyond. When we actually arrived at the dealership, they were on it like a car bonnet and couldn't of done more for us. I wish I lived closer so then I could recommend everyone, however if these guys did have the car I wanted in when its time for a new car, just know I would do the journey all over again and travel because you guys are priceless.

I came and bought my Merc from AutoCars back in March and what I really liked is that the whole team chipped in, everyone knew where we was up to and were very organised but we got to meet the team and I thought that was lovely. The Mercedes was so clean and tidy, smelt fresh too! They have a brilliant way of working, if someone wasn't available you would get someone else come over and ask if your ok/if you needed anything, it was honestly really good and a very nice experience.. No pushiness either which goes a long way! Thank you so much, we are so thankful.

I found the staff down at Autocars so be very friendly and very helpful, the lady and the guy I was dealing with were just as good as each other, they were faultless to say the least. A very good service that I do recommend buying your next 4 wheels from! My BMW 1 Series is a dream to drive and has been brilliant since the day I drove away. I am over all highly satisfied.

All is well with the Mercedes I purchased from Autocars, all is fine. The customer service was brill.

Couldn't be happier with the Nissan X Trail I purchased, its a great motor and been nothing but reliable since buying. Its serving its purpose to a T, very impressed on the whole, no complaints a full 5 stars from me!
