Cannot fault Autocars, great service from the start, was left alone to browse the cars and wasnt hassled by pushy salesmen. Very friendly staff who dealt with us like friends. Well worth the trip to deal with these guys, will use this dealer again and recommend to anyone who needs a car.

I sold my used BMW X5 to auto cars. Karl was very helpful, knowledgable and honest. He gave me a very good trade price which was far better than selling to other buyers. There were no additional charges and the money transferred straight away. He also gave me a lift back home. I have sold quite a few cars both to traders and privately and would say that Auto cars are a very stress free way of selling you car. Would recommend and use again Paul H

We bought our X5 from Paul and the team recently. Their level of knowledge and helpfulness was better than any main BMW dealers we have used in the past. There was no pressure whatsoever, nor disinterest. Autocars Willerby stock top quality cars and provide first class service. We will definitely go back to them in the future for our next car.
I purchased a BMW 320D estate, in March 2017 from Autocars. I found the selection of vehicles available on the forecourt great, the prices were all very reasonable (comparable with private sales in the area), however the service and after sales were exceptional. I am ecstatic with my purchase, the car is flawless and the process of purchasing was easy, Paul kept in contact with me every step of the way. I had 2 minor problems with my car, within a month of purchasing, which Paul sorted out for me the same day. You cannot fault the service or support provided by this company.

Bought a car from Autocars Hull that turned out to have an unforeseen intermittent fault with the 4 wheel drive system. They couldn't be anymore helpful or fair with a no quibble "repair or refund" policy. Fully recommended to anyone looking for a second hand vehicle; non pushy, hassle free, friendly and very professional in all respects.
