Every time I have bought from Autocars, I have always had a great experience, and going to them recently was no different. The Citroën C3 has been running perfectly, and I have no doubt I will be going back to them for future car purchases. 

Huge thank you to Rob for all his help when I was purchasing my Kia Rio; he was really super knowledgeable about the car, so he could easily answer all my questions and did everything he could to help me. I part-exchanged my old car and got a fair price, and they even picked this up when my new one was delivered. I can't fault the team or the process and would highly recommend them. 

I tend to get bored of cars quickly, and when I was looking for a bigger one, I found a Range Rover at Autocars, which wasn’t too far from me. After a test drive, I was sold—it was perfect. The team at the dealership were fabulous.

I was looking for a Skoda Octavia and found one at Autocars and it was exactly what I wanted. The process was quick and easy, and Rob was a pleasure to deal with. I’d definitely recommend them to family and friends I know they’d be well taken care of.

Recently I purchased a Renault Kadjar, and everything has been great. The car was missing a spare key, but they sorted it out for me on Wednesday. I noticed the service light came on shortly after, but since it had just had a fresh service, I nipped back to Autocars, and they quickly turned it off without any fuss. Chris was absolutely fine to deal with throughout. I first saw the car on Saturday, but since it was boxed in, I came back for a test drive on Sunday and picked it up on Friday. The car even came with a 6-month warranty instead of the usual 3 months.

It is the second car I have bought from here and I have been extremely happy with the service. This time I had some problems with the car and the team has been great getting it back in and (hopefully) sorting it out. I never give full marks for anything ('cos it suggests it's perfect). if we are singling people out then Chris would get the highest praise.

The Mr's is over the moon with her Mercedes! I can't comment too much on it because I don't drive it but from what I've been told it's been a good car. The team had a no pressure approach to the sale which was great. I turned up to view the car and once I approached Chris he was quick to offer a test drive if I had my licence on me but I didn't take him up on the office because I was happy with what I was seeing.

Initially I had an issue with my car but once I called the team up to raise it, they were happy for me to bring the car back to get it resolved. I've had the car for just over a week now and the issue hasn't come back around. I have no complaints about the good customer service I received. I would happily come back for another car in the future because of how they look after their customers.
