Well what do I say, I've had 13 cars at the age of 25 and Autocars is by far the best dealership I've ever bought from. Fantastic service from start to finish! Karl is an expert in his field and and knows exactly what great customer service entails. If you're looking for a new car, these guys won't steer you wrong! Honestly chuffed to bits with the new motor and Karl went above and beyond to ensure I left 110% satisfied. Not pushy in the slightest, great customer service and a genuinely nice guy! Flawless.

.... I recently purchased a Q5 from Autocars. Mick and Gary were brilliant in dealing with my questions. No pushing sales tactics like many places. They were a real pleasure to deal with and it felt like buying off a close friend. I had some good laughs along the way in getting a deal that suited my budget. Would highly recommend them and will go back in the future for sure.

Great salesman but Autocars were misleading. We purchased a BMW car from which was 13.5K, and were short of 2K and the guy said they work with a finance company with good rates and no processing fee. We applied for finance and we got a loan for 2K from "Motonovo" finance and when the papers came through the guy showed us monthly payment figures and again stressed they was no other extras and asked us to sign the pages which are required. When we got the documents from the finance company, we realised there was an admin fee of £390. So for a loan of 2K over 2 years my interest was £274 and admin fee was £390, which unfortunately I have to pay now. When I rang the salesman to ask he said "admin fee is common from any finance" ,if we had known this I would have paid the balance with a credit card or taken a loan from my bank. VEry sad and disappointed the way it all happened.

I bought my car in July from Autocars in Hull and I have waited cautiously to write a review because to be honest I think I got a really good deal for a car that is absolutely first class there is nothing else that I could have wished for, Genuinely decent people who do their absolute best for you, Would I recommend this place You bet I would , they go the extra mile 10/10.

From first phoning up, to driving away with my car, Autocars professional and friendly service was brilliant! Great family business, with a helpful attitude. The car was exactly as described, and ready to drive away in. Would like to say a big thank you to Karl and Gary for looking after me, and making buying a car such a pleasurable experience!
