I bought a BMW 3 series convertible from Paul not a week ago. The whole experience was nothing short of flawless. Phoned and left a deposit and then travelled by train to Hull from Manchester. Was able to go out in the car alone, Paul was so relaxing, not pushy, just how a salesman should be (other salesmen take note) 110% would recommend to anyone. Had been looking for a low mileage BMW Z4 for some time and eventually had seen one with Autocars Ltd which had been described to perfection coupled with a competitive price. Making initial enquiries Paul had got back to me within about 5 mins and took time to further discuss the car and explained the service history. When I went to visit the car (3 hr journey) it was ready for my inspection and consideration for purchase. Paul had already identified that there had been a fault with it (ABS/DSC) and assured me it would be rectified along with a full MOT and safety check and full valet. There was absolutely no pressure selling it was my decision alone to buy this car, Paul politely retreated back in the office giving me space to think. The deal was done and the car was ready for collection two weeks later looking absolutely gleaming, MOT and repaired. Unfortunately as second hand cars do it developed a further ABS fault within the first week of me owning it, I contacted Paul and he took the time to discuss through and offer two options. The car could be collected from my home and taken back for repair or I could research a local BMW specialist to have the fault identified and rectified; I chose the latter. The car went in for fault diagnosis and the garage contacted Paul explaining the fault and the cost of repair. Without hesitation it was agreed that the repair was authorised and would be paid for by AutoCars Ltd; the car was back on the road the very next day. Customer care was at the foremost of Paul's concern making sure that my new pride and joy was playing as it should be. The next prestige car I purchase (be it 3 hours away) I shall certainly be looking first at AutoCars Ltd a first class sales and aftercare service. They come Highly recommended.
