As I do lots of driving, I wanted a car that was automatic and had low mileage. I saw Autocars advertising a Vauxhall Astra that ticked all my boxes and was a diesel, which was a good added bonus. They went above and beyond for me, even getting me a better finance deal to save me some money.

I have not come across such efficient service, and the attention to detail and levels of professionalism shown have certainly set the standard in my mind. I went to the dealership after spotting a Discovery Sport that my wife said she really liked the look of, and as soon as that was said, I knew I was in the clear to get it. So, I arranged a quick trip to view it in person, and on arrival, the first thing you notice is the array of cars they have available. The overall impression of the dealership is just 'what a place'. The customer service from there on was exceptional from everyone I spoke to, but I have to give a special mention to Gary, who was friendly, super helpful, gave me the space I needed to look over the car without any hovering, and at no point did I feel like I was under any pressure to buy the car. There were no weird sales tactics; they just had a very pleasant conversation, answered my questions, and had a great test drive to really get a feel for the car and see if it was for me. And that was it. We swiftly went over the paperwork, making sure I knew exactly what I was signing before handing me the keys. Just the highest standards from start to finish.
