I'm really made up with my Infinity Q30 that I bought from Autocars Ltd in Hull. I would 100 percent recommend Autocars Ltd at Hull after I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my VW Tiguan from this dealership and I couldn't be happier with the experience. What a service by the team at autocars, they had only had the car we wanted for four days. We explained to Chris we needed the car ASAP. We bought the car on Friday and picked it up on the Wednesday!! It had a fresh MOT, Service, alloys painted and a small mark on the bumper resprayed. The car looks brand new! Absolutely top class. A good range of well priced, good quality cars all of which are presented immaculately. There was no pressure put on you by the advisors but they we available to answer any questions if you needed them to. The transaction itself was very smooth and efficient. I just bought my third vehicle from the team and once again they were faultless in their service and quality. Every single time I've never been pressured or pushed into an overcommitment. I usually rock up with a few ideas for what I want and each car in my sights at the time has been appraised against business and personal use... and equally whether or not I'd enjoy it. Aftercare and check-ins are perfectly placed - not intrusive and as a company they exude confidence in their products and their service. I'll continue to recommend them to others and more fool them if they don't heed my expert word!

I was looking for a new car and searching around on the internet when I found my Vauxhall Mokka for sale through Autocars in Hull. I started to read some of their reviews which were all positive so this prompted me to pick up the phone and to give them a call. I spoke to a pleasant young man who asked if I wanted to come and see the car in person. When I arrived at their showroom I was introduced to Rich, Rich was really welcoming and let me take my time looking around the car and allowing me to take it on a test drive at my own leisure. The car was so smooth to drive and comfortable so I went back to speak to Rich and my mind was made up to go ahead and buy the car. It was a very straight forward process getting all the paperwork completed and I was able to drive away in my new car in no time at all. The car is magnificent and very reliable. I cannot fault anything that Autocars have done for me they are faultless and I give them top marks, thanks from Alison 😉

Rob was absolutely brilliant he was such a nice lad and helped me loads with the sale. Any information I needed he was happy to give it to me right away and he had a great range of knowledge about the car too. I was able to get through the sale without being rushed and the time from viewing the car to taking it away was really quick. I haven't got any complaints at all, I'd be more than happy to recommend them and use them again when I need to. I only rated these a 4 because no one is perfect, these did come very close though.

I only popped in to have a look the selection of cars was amazing, Really hard to decide on which one I wanted. I settled on A BMW and it is just beautiful immaculate body work and interior. The service I received was fabulous Kevin and Carl we're absolutely brilliant really nice blokes, With great advice and knowledge they really knew what they were talking about and I felt really well looked after. The whole process was smooth and simple and a really enjoyable experience Thanks Guys I will definitely be back and will recommend to everyone.

I went to Autocars with no particular car in mind, I saw a Honda Civic which I thought looked really cool and wanted to test drive it. As soon as we got out the dealership, I absolutely fell in love with it. The novelty of getting my new car certainly hasn't worn off just yet, I’m offering to drive my friends here there and everywhere. The longest I have driven so far is over to Manchester the day after I bought it, it’s very smooth and handles so well. Rob was brilliant too; I couldn't ask for anymore.
