Overall it was a great buying experience with Autocars Ltd in Hull, I give them 4 out of 5 stars, it would have been 5 stars if the Mercedes had come with 2 keys instead of only the 1.

As you can imagine in the used car market, it is very difficult to financially guarantee that all cars come with 2 keys. Of course if this was a possibility then we would do everything we can to do that unfortunately it isn't always possible. The service we re received was fantastic, I couldn't fault them I have been back with a couple of small problems and they go out of there way to make it right. I would recommend them to friends and family.

I would not change a single thing about my experience with Autocars Limited. Every part of the way they were excellent, whether that was showing me around the car, the communication, the handover, everything was absolutely spot on. I chose an Audi A3, and wow, that is what you call a car. It is unbelievable to drive, I am ever so grateful for all of the guys hard work, you were all brilliant!

Very professional and certainly non of the hard selling tactics used at this dealership, Rob was knowledgeable and understands a customer's needs and wants... I wasn't rushed or pressured into buying any old car, they helped me chose a car suitable for me. Excellent communication throughout the transaction too with regular updates and phone calls always returned. I couldn't of asked for much more to be honest. The aftersales has also been superb, I would recommend to anyone to come and take a look at what this dealership has to offer.

Could not be happier with how Autocars dealt with everything, there was a few slight issue with the Mini at first but when I spoke to Autocars and made them aware of this they got it in to the garage to be fixed and we have not had any issues since. Very pleased with how everything was dealt with and made up with the Mini we purchased from them also.

We both love our BMW, my wife cannot stay out of it, Chris who looked after us throughout the sales process was very polite and gave good advice to myself and my wife, he was such a genuine guy. would we recommend this dealership to other's wanting to purchase their next vehicle, that is a big YES from myself and my wife. We were looking for a car for my son, it's not been used yet because he does not turn 17 until next week, we drove it home and it's been parked up ever since, he has been sat in the Fiesta a few times going broom broom and he is mad keen for next Wednesday. Whilst going through the process of purchasing the car we dealt with a lady called Joanne, Joanne was lovely, very helpful in going through everything with me, a 100 percent service from her. We have just bought our Abarth from Chris. What a nice change it has been, no pushy sales person, a business that looks after you, assurance given that if we had any problems they would correct them. It was the ideal purchase buying from Autocars in Hull, the car is amazing, and it is an absolutely machine behind the wheel, I am really impressed! such a nice car to drive, and Rob was really helpful too. The car was in perfect condition on the day of the handover, it was really easy going through all of the paperwork and this was all done in no time at all, I definitely would buy again!
