Spot on. Absolutely spot on. Rich is one hell of a guy! It was such a pleasure to do business with him! 10 stars! the experience was top all of the way. My car had an issue with the mirror and I needed a new motor for the electrics and in the click of a fingers before I had even finished my sentence, Rich said 'come down we will get it done for you'. He sorted it with no bother and my car was good as new! I am over the moon and I can not big up Rich enough! Thank you so much for everything The service... the car and most of all, all of the help!

Rob was a star during the time I was making a big purchase down at Autocars, I was slightly nervous but Rob really put me at ease. I have had some really bad experiences in the past and Rob knew the situation and really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and he always reassured that all will be okay. A few weeks after the purchase I realised I had no reason to be worried at all, the car is running a dream and I am defiantly happy with it! Full marks!

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. They were so kind and helpful, and really had my best interest in mind. They even gave me advice on selling my previous car on autotrader when I declined to part exchange with them. And it worked! The advice they gave me sold the car the following day. Every time I called they were available and were happy to assist me. I bought a Mazda 3 without seeing it and felt extremely comfortable doing so because of the service they provided. If I could give them 10 starts I would! Thank you Rob, and Richard for the service. I would definitely buy from these guys again.

Super hassle free! Perfect experience! The way these guys work is incredible, they always pick up the phone and are very responsive. I purchased a lovely BMW 116D and I couldn't be enjoying it more if I tried, its a great car that has been nothing but perfect. Can't fault them! Such a recommendable dealership!

There is no reason as to why I would not rate these excellent chaps a 5 stars. All has been ticketyboo! Even though I have a very small issue with the AC, I called these guys up and explained the issue. Matthew, who I was dealing with was more than happy to help, he told me to bring the car and said it was a quick fix... It sure was. There no quibble, no issue in the slightest. These guy did everything efficiently and smoothly. I am over the moon.

My new car is doing great. No complaints whatsoever. It's a whole new experience from my old VW Golf, but I'm genuinely enjoying it.
The customer service was a breeze, they were super helpful, made me feel comfortable, and I felt welcomed right away. Dealing with them was easy as pie. I stumbled upon this gem on Auto Trader and I'm glad I did.
Solid 5 stars from me! these guys did a really good job, and I can't find a reason to complain. I'd definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Keep it up!
