We live in the Isle of White, so we had to sort the car and delivery all online/over the phone. It was Gary who was out main point of contact, and he was fantastic. Such a nice guy to deal with. Gave us lots of information, set everything out clearly, showed us the car in great detail, and arranged the delivery perfectly. It was a really brilliant purchase using Autocars, and my boy absolutely loves the car!

Top marks for Autocars! I have no complaints the guys here are great! After the purchase I noticed a few things I would like checking on. I was more than welcome to do so and the team were accommodating towards me. In the time I spent with the team it became clear that they have a great knowledge of cars and are passionate about what they do!

It was a friend of mine who first recommended Autocars to me, he had a few cars from here over the years and was always singing their praises. I am so glad I took his advice and came here, I haven't regretted the decision for a minuet. For starters the guys are a pleasure to deal with - polite and helpful, just what you need. The car came with all it needed and they had even put in a brand new spare tyre. When I looked at the car I mentioned that the wiper blades looked a little tired and without hesitation they popped a brand new pair on for me. They took my old car as a part ex and gave me a fair amount. I am a very satisfied customer.

Customer service was great, I made my purchase over the Christmas and New Year period and they worked hard to make sure that all was still complete on time. Overall I am pleased with the A4. it drives well and looks well. I have only found one minor issue with the wing mirror other than that all is good.
