Throughout every part of the sale they were really reassuring and had great communication. The Golf I chose is absolutely gorgeous, it is in immaculate condition considering it is a 12 reg, so I couldn't be happier! It was a really good experience with the team, I would happily visit them again!!

Autocars have been absolutely brilliant to deal with, I bought my Volvo from them a few weeks back and everything has been great! I did have a small issue but they sorted it for me free of charge so I can only commend them for sorting that for me! They were helpful throughout and made everything so smooth sailing, I will definitely be back in a few years time to trade in!

The team at Autocars couldn't have done enough for me! They really took me under their wing during the purchase, and made me feel so welcomed and cared for. They catered my every needs and got the car sorted for me in no time. On the day of the handover everything was really smooth and simple, and the car looked lovely! I am so pleased with the DS5, it has been smooth running so far, so I can only praise Autocars for their hard work!

Bought a fiesta from Autocars in march with a few issues due to them being understaffed. Notified the owner and he apologized profusely, he then got my car picked up 100+ miles away from him and went the extra mile and sorted me out a courtesy car so I wasn't stuck getting to and from work. He then kept me updated from when the car came into the garage till when the car was fixed and ready to leave. The car back back spotless he went out of his way to fix the car to a high standard but also valeting the car making it look like a brand new car Over the moon with how it looks and the repairs that have been made on the car have been made to a very high standard Would recommend this garage to anyone

It took about 45 minutes from my speculative popping in to the site to receiving the agreed money in my account and the car I needed to part with being driven away from the drive! The guys were friendly and considerate with no haggling involved and the transfer documentaction was done within the hour. I can't praise Fred and Karl enough for their speedy response and efficient service.
