Everything is perfect. Came across Autocars on Autotrader and found the Ford I wanted so I went to go check it out. They were so helpful and friendly, and just a kind team.

Currently getting something sorted with the Mercedes, but the dealership has been amazing and are getting it sorted for me. Their customer service so far has been brilliant, on the day of purchase, but also just with aftersales and telling them about an issue with the car, they have truly gone above and beyond.

Loving the new ford Kuga, it drives really well and mechanically is great. I’ve driven past a few times and decided to check them out. Was not expecting to come home having brought a car. They were literally excellent. So happy to help, and just went out of their way, did everything they needed to and more, which made me want to buy the car more.

I let the guys know there was an issue with the fan in the car, and they were happy to help and sort it out for me with no issue. So, in the process of taking that back to get it sorted. This is actually my fifth car I’ve brought from them, so it is evident I’ve had really good experiences with them. They have been great to me every time, and always make the experience better. I will be back for the next car hahaha.

Unfortunately, I had to give the car back to the dealer to get some things sorted out. But that has not changed my experience at all. The team down at autocars are amazing. Even when I told them about the problems with my car, they gave me a courtesy car to make sure I could still do what I needed to. They have gone out of their way to help and have been absolutely amazing. The car is great, but the customer service is another level.

These guys are fairly local to me, and I drive past sometimes so I thought I would finally head down in pursuit of a new vehicle. Went ahead and brought a jaguar from these guys, and so far, I am loving it, I love how it drives so I am satisfied. As a first-time customer, I did not know what to expect, but after heading down, I will for sure be a repeat customer. Their customer service was brilliant, they told me all the information I needed to know prior to purchase, answered all the questions I had about the vehicle, showed me all around the car and just made the process really straightforward and easy. Would absolutely recommend these guys.

I was drawn to Autocars because of their impressive selection of cars that cater to every budget. Among them, the Kia Sportage caught my eye with its extensive features, making it an easy decision for me. What stood out the most during my experience at Autocars was their exceptional customer service. Unlike the stereotype of pushy and dishonest car salesmen, the sales team at Autocars was refreshingly relaxed, friendly, and transparent. They took the time to understand my needs and provided honest information throughout the process. The purchase of the Kia Sportage was straightforward and enjoyable, thanks to their professionalism and helpfulness. I am thoroughly pleased with my decision and the level of service I received.

I had a Ford Focus, but it was recently damaged, so I started looking for a like-for-like replacement. After searching online, I found exactly what I was looking for at Autocars. The Ford Focus they had in stock was actually better than my old one, with improved features and in fantastic condition. From the moment I contacted Autocars, the service was exceptional. Gary, in particular, was incredibly helpful. He provided all the details I needed about the car and arranged a convenient time for me to come in and see it. When I visited, the car was just as described; if not better. Gary took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with every aspect of the purchase. The entire process was smooth and efficient. Gary’s professionalism and dedication stood out as he ensured everything was handled quickly so I could get back on the road in no time. 

We are very pleased with the Nissan Qashqai we purchased from Autocars and have had a great experience so far.
